I renovated this duplex to live in it and make it pleasant for the people who stay there. It is in the city center, close to the train station, on a semi-pedestrian street, close to the convention center, the Liberté... The building dates from the 18th century, without an elevator to get to the 3rd floor. It is 72 m2, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a single toilet, and a small terrace. The windows of the bedroom on the street have very good double glazing, so not too much noise.

The quiet room overlooks a courtyard. There is no vis-a-vis. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, and cultural venues nearby. The decoration is contemporary with older objects usually heathered. Apart from the bedroom and enclosed bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining area form the same space.
