Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

Very nice and lively neighborhood in the evening: everything is within walking distance. Private parking space is a real plus. The apartment is in all respects consistent with the photos and description: 1 double bedroom on the ground floor plus an bathroom and a children's room; upstairs large bright living room with very well equipped kitchen + master suite with shower. Only slight downside: the rooms do not have shutters, the curtains only obscure the light of day when neighbors opposite (who must be insomniac; mdr); but nothing very serious and it is largely compensated by the quality of the bedding and the accommodation as a whole! In short we recommend and will be back! A big thank you to Daphne who allowed us, when we arrived, to pick up the accommodation 2 hours before the scheduled time (which allowed us a short visit to the nearby Grévin Museum)

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Grégoire's apartment is amazing. Fantastic location and an amazing eclectic space. He went over and above to make our stay in Paris a wonderful experience - absolutely faultless. Our only regret was having to leave; I just wanted to stay and live there! Highly recommended - you won't regret a moment of your stay there (until it's time to leave). This studio was perfect for two travelers visiting for a few days. The location is absolutely perfect. All the sites we wanted to visit were within walking distance, or accessible via the metro stop steps away from the door. The grocery store across the street provided our evening snacks and wine, and the cafe below was our source of morning espresso. The little yellow boulangerie just out the door to the left met all our pastry needs. In addition to the excellent location, the studio itself was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean, which can be a challenge in older buildings. And the pictures don’t do justice to the view. We never drew the curtains, and felt immersed! There were some reviewers with concerns about noise, but our experience was that it was a very quiet place. In fact, after a long day of sightseeing and being in crowds, we found it to be a wonderful respite. Overall it was a fantastic little studio for two travelers, and I would stay again! Wonderful location for sure. Easy access to great places to eat the train system.

Everything is fine, but there are three nuances. The sofa is not long, my husband is 175 cm tall and he was already suffering and his feet were resting on the crossbar, the mattress itself sags at the feet, so I did not sleep because of the pain until I put something under the mattress. Maybe if you are alone it will be better, but for the two of us it was uncomfortable, so I would warn those who are tall that this is a problem. The second nuance is cleaning, it is, alas, superficial, I would like it to be more thorough. Also, if you are used to washing your hair with two hands, this will not be possible, for some reason the shower attachment is at waist height. Otherwise, everything was as described. You can use all household items and that's good, there's a coffee machine, toiletries. In other words, this accommodation was suitable in terms of price and location, it is an ideal place for walking around Paris and it is the most beautiful moment. But if I could know the nuances, I would think. This is not a reproach to the hostess, she is very nice and friendly, but for future tenants I think it will be useful to know.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is truly amazing—right in the heart of Paris and within walking distance to countless cafés, bakeries, and restaurants. It’s also very close to key attractions like Lemares, the Leum Museum, and many other beautiful spots you can easily explore on foot. The home itself was extremely comfortable, perfectly suited for our family of four (two adults and two young children). It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our host was exceptional—he welcomed us personally at check-in, helped us with our luggage, and took the time to explain everything clearly to make sure we had the best experience possible. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the center of Paris with easy access to everything. This was hands down my FAVORITE Airbnb yet! The unique, modern design of the home is absolutely breathtaking and the view from the balconies is stunning! David greeted us upon arrival, helped us with our luggage, and gave us a wonderful, thorough tour of all the amenities and. Location was perfect for exploring a bit of everything, and easily accessible. It definitely made my trip to Paris so magical…I highly recommend this place for any new or returning visitors to Paris!❤️

Great location and host was very communicative and responsive.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

This is our second time staying in Christine’s apartment, it felt like coming home again! The apartment itself is light & airy, quite & centrally located to many touristy locations or just a short Metro ride away. The small kitchen has all the basics needed for short stays but you’re close to many fantastic cafes & coffee shops that you’ll likely not even use it like us. It was handy to whip up some nibble boxes for our picnics on the Seine though. Christine is lovely, very responsive & helpful. Highly recommend.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

We had a great stay at Rodolphe’s place. It was a perfect central location to get around Paris. Plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood too. There was a lot of night life, especially on the weekend. With the windows closed it was very quiet in the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s house. The house is big, very clean, and had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect area, full of restaurants, so there’s always something to do. Even though the neighborhood is lively, the house is quiet and peaceful inside. You can also walk to all the main places in the city, which was very convenient. The host was great — friendly and always ready to help if we had any questions. She even let us check-in early and check-out later than the scheduled time. That made the whole experience even better. We really loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great studio. Clean and cosy with everything you need. Cleaning products and amenities were great. Great studio, walkable distance to the Louvre and other things. Lots of transport around. Safe building with gates and codes. The hosts helped me when I locked myself out by accident. They were very responsive within 20 minutes when I struggled with the lockbox to check in. Great experience.

This apartment has an incredible location. So close to everything and yet when we were at home in the apartment after time out and about in Paris it was a sanctuary with a lovely view. Having an onsite small washing machine was a plus during a two week trip. Evangeline is lovely to communicate with. We had no issues whatsoever. Loved our stay.
