Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Les Halles, Paris

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Our stay was great in Benjamin's Airbnb. It is very nice and well equipped. The area is very quiet and you didn't hear anything from the big city bustle. The Airbnb was a little further from the center, but you could get everywhere very well by metro or bus.

Perfect stay! The accommodation was as described, clean, comfortable and very well located. I would recommend it in a second.

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

My daughter and I had a fabulous time in Paris and Claudine’s space added to the enjoyment. It was very secure and very clean. Claudine was very responsive. She was also very helpful and sympathetic as we navigated a taxi strike making travel to the airport for our return flight almost impossible. With some luck we did make it.

This appartement is ideally located, close to a ton of restaurants on rue Montorgueil, close to the biggest subway station in Paris. It's also very cosy and calm. We enjoyed the week we spent here. Only positive things to say about it. We even plan to come back there.

The apartment has fully met our needs. It is equipped with everything, including a washing machine and a delightful terrace. The beds are very comfortable. It should be noted that a bed is in the loft, as can be seen from the photo, so it is suitable for younger people. Adeline is a very helpful and kind host. The apartment is located in a central area, close to several subway lines. The area is very peaceful. We stayed five nights and never heard any disturbing noises. We recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in this sweet, comfortable studio. It suited us perfectly. We loved the airy feel due to the large windows and balcony. We appreciated the washer/dryer combo to catch up on a few items of washing. The kitchen allowed us to prepare our picnic lunches before we headed out into the city for our sight seeing. We thoroughly recommend the studio to anyone wanting to experience an authentic Paris city stay.

Check-in was very easy, and the gentleman who met us at the apartment was kind and welcoming. Communication was thorough—maybe a little too thorough, as we received the same check-in PDF multiple times across different platforms. The apartment itself was clean, simple, and well-equipped. The living space was comfortable and a nice place to relax, and we especially loved the balcony. One drawback was the €100 early check-in fee, which felt a bit steep. Also, the stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom loft are very steep—something to be aware of if you have any mobility concerns. The location is central and close to lots of amenities, but being so close to Les Halles means the area can be quite busy and not the cleanest. Overall, a solid spot with good amenities and great hosting, as long as you're prepared for a few quirks.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Functional studio that matches the listing, the garden is a small plus

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details safe for a future visit!
