Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Les Rousses

Nice and cosy place. Felt very clean as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome gifts were nice. If driving from Geneva/Nyon, there is some very windy roads to get here. The chalet was close to the french border so we went over for groceries - was like a 5min drive to Carrerour and Intermarche. Great to see something different!

Mathilde and Jordane were extremely friendly and very pleasant hosts. Communication with Mathilde was very quick and straightforward. Mathilde and Jordane had great tips for the area. The lodge is very well equipped, has a great terrace and views of the Risoux. We were on holiday with the bikes, from the lodge you can reach so many great excursion destinations/hiking trails. Merci, we will be vacationing near Risoux again!

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos: warm, well furnished and very clean. The owners are lovely, available and passionate about their region – they took the time to welcome us and share tips for discovering the surroundings. The accommodation is ideally located, close to the tourist sites of the Jura, while offering a real disconnection: no neighbors, absolute quiet, you feel at home. Maud's house is beautiful. Modern and complete, everything is there. Very spacious. There were only the two of us, but I think you have enough space for six people. The house is on a slope with a beautiful view over the valley. Highly recommended. In the area you can enjoy a nice walk. From the house to the source of the Saine, or further up. Nearby are the gorges de la Saine and gorges de la Langouette (beautiful walk from Foncine-le-bas). A little further away are the waterfalls of the Hérisson and Pic de l'aigle. The highest peaks of the Jura are also accessible.

A charming apartment, very clean and perfectly renovated. Great for a family vacation. The location is central, which allows you to do everything on foot: walks, shops, restaurants... Arnaud and Esther are very responsive and attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation for a successful stay in Les Rousses!

We had a very pleasant stay in Philippe's apartment. He was very responsive in answering my questions before we arrived. The apartment is more spacious than we had imagined when we saw the photos. The big plus of the apartment is the covered parking which was very useful to us on the days when it snowed during our stay. We could be in the city center in a 5-10 minute walk. There's all the shops you need. Two supermarkets, organic supermarkets, three bakeries, a cheese shop, a butcher shop, ski rentals, restaurants... And the ski areas nearby.

Very good communication with the host. Charming apartment very well equipped with sheets and towels are provided. Just coming with our suitcases. Quiet and pleasant setting.

We had a great stay at Corinne and Pierre-Philippe's. The accommodation is great, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view. We had very good advice on activities to do and restaurants. The young Vaïa is adorable, the center of attention. We'll be happy to go back!

Marie’s cozy apartment was just right for my husband and me on our first trip to France. The kitchen/living room area was just the right size to accommodate our things. She has everything needed to do any cooking you may do. The frig and dishwasher were the perfect size and worked well. We used the stovetop each day we were there. It was all digital, but easy to learn and very efficient. The shower/sink bathroom was clean and well supplied. It is a small area for one person, but very nice with a roomy shower. The heated towel rack was amazing! It kept us warm while in the bathroom. The toilet was in a separate room and worked very well. Our bed was comfortable and the room has a light blocking shade which helps at night if needed. The apartment was very quiet and overlooked out back a courtyard type area where other buildings backup to also. Marie was super nice and helpful. She answered all our questions promptly. Her instructions were clear on checkin and checkout.

The apartment is faithful to the description in a quiet environment with a beautiful view. The chalet-style decoration is very pleasant. Well-equipped. Many activities in spring on the Rousses or nearby. The Tourist Office is also welcoming and gives good advice on activities to do.

Great welcome to Sarah's apartment. Everything is personalized and very efficient. The accommodation is very convenient, very well equipped with all the necessary instructions left in a binder and/or communicated by Sarah. In addition, it is located close to the center, it is very easy to walk there. I would highly recommend it!
