Small pleasant apartment close to Nice

Levens, petit village pittoresque dans les collines niçoises. Vous serez a 30 minutes de la plage ou a 30 minutes des montagnes . L'appartement est indépendant rez- de -jardin de la Villa (deux autres logements sont à la Location dans la Villa) L'appartement est tout équipé ( télévision , four et micro-ondes , plaques de cuisson , réfrigérateur , cafetière , machine a laver) un coin lit est aménagé dans le Salon pour le couchage supplémentaire . Nous somme dans les Alpes-Maritimes, à 700 m d'altitudes. la route pour arriver à la maison est sinueuses. Le parking privé est lui aussi pentu. la Villa se trouve proches de la route qui est passante : A certaines heures de la journée 8h Le matin, 16h le soir, la route est très fréquentée. Nous sommes dans un Village dortoir, que 2 routes nous y amènent dont celle-ci. J'ai contience de ces désagréments, c'est pourquoi les Prix ne sont pas élevés. Merci D'ailleurs les visites parlons en ! Depuis Levens vous êtes au cœur de cette belle région avec de nombreuses visites aux alentours comme Nice (30 min) Cannes (1h) Monaco (50min) Menton et frontière italienne a 1 heure seulement mais vous pourrez aussi visité l'arrière pays et profité des nombreux lacs autours des Gorges du Verdon (1h30-2h) vous êtes aussi proche de grasse réputé pour ces ateliers de parfum a 1h seulement. Pour ce qui est des activités, vous trouverez aux alentours de nombreuses randonnées pédestres, équestres ou a vélo, des via ferrata, des canyoning ainsi que de l'accrobranche saut a l'élastique ou même de nombreuses manifestation comme le grand prix de Monaco ou le festival de cannes par exemple ... C'est une région très riche et nous pourrons prévoir ensemble vos sorties selon vos envies et vos centres d'intérêt. Je finirais par le coté pratique du logement, nous somme situé a 2km du centre village ce qui permet d'être au calme mais d'être assez proche des commerces tel que des boulangeries, supérette, banque, tabac, piscine municipale (ouverte de juin a septembre), restaurants.

I stayed in this charming house for a week and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The home is bright, impeccably clean, and perfectly well equipped, there was even a beach bag with beach towels in case we wanted to go for a swim in the sea. The house is located within the village walls, in a very quiet and peaceful area, and offers a beautiful view. Maude was absolutely lovely, kind, thoughtful, and always available to help with anything. She made sure everything was perfect and that nothing was missing. I highly recommend this place 100%!

Very nice place to stay with small private and well-kept garden. The pool is amazing. We felt completely comfortable and therefore even extended. Everything there that makes a vacation. Coralie and her mother are very friendly. The only drawback: the beds are too hard for our feeling. But that's complaining to a high standard. I'm sure we'll be back.
