Villa holiday rentals in Lesbos

Cunda adası için ayrı bir değerlendirme yapmayacağım zaten herkes artısını eksisini bilerek gidiyor olacaktır. Konakladığımız villa konum olarak merkeze yürüyerek bir kaç dakika olmasına karşın çok sessiz ve güvenli bir noktada. Zaten çocukluk ve gençlik zamanlarımda yaklaşık 12 yıl Ayvalık'ta yaşadığım için bölgeyi iyi biliyorum ve bana bir kaç haftalık tatil amacıyla seçenek sunsalar daha iyi bir lokasyon söyleyemem. Restoranlara yaklaşık 500m uzaklıkta, adanın iyi plajlarına ise en fazla 6-7 dk sürüş mesafesinde, evin içi çok yeni olmasa da temizlik ve kullanışlılık açısından hiç bir sorun yaşamazsınız, ayrıca açık alanda vakit geçirmek hem deniz manzarası harika olan bir veranda hem de bahçede mangal yapıp yemek yiyebileceğiniz alanlar mevcut. Bir sonraki tatilimde de aynı yeri seçeceğime eminim.

Hicran hanım ile iletişim kusursuzdu, kendisi çok ilgili ve samimi idi, eve ulaşım navigasyonla değil kendi tarifiyle çok kolay oldu, evde herşey mevcuttu, temiz ve güvenliydi, yer sakin ve huzurluydu, özellikle akşamları bahçede çay keyfi güzeldi, yalnız iki noktaya dikkat çekeyim, birincisi bölgede sular kesik okduğunda binanın su ihtiyacı su motorları ile karşılandığı dan gece WC ye gittiğinizde bile motor çalışıyor ve kaldığınız evde ses sorun oluyor, ikincisi de binadaki diğer dairelerde kiracı var ise bahçeyi diğer aileler de kullandığından mahremiyet biraz sorun oluyor, haricinde her türlü marketler mevcut ve bölge çok güzel, tekrar kiralamak isteyeceğim bir ev.

This was a return visit and probably not my last. The location and views are just too good. A walk down the ancient streets and you are in the town. A walk to the Castle and there may be Greek music to enjoy with a sunset dinner. In between just enjoy the place.

Denize yakın, rahat ve sakin bir bölgede olan güzel bir ev. Merkeze de 10-15dk mesafede rahatça gidiliyor. Ev sahibiyle de iletişim konusunda bir problem yaşamadık. Böylece oldukça güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Great place to stay for a couple, as you will have separate bedroom, but it also works well for three people, as you have a separate single bed downstairs. It's a very cozy house, with beautiful terrace and garden, where you can enjoy calm mornings and evenings. Inside you can find everything you need, whether it be for cooking or washing your clothes. If you need to go to the town/beach, it's just 10 minutes walk. Elizabeth is also very responsive and helpful with her recommendations. Overall I have enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely look to book again, when I'll be coming to Skala Eresou. ;)

Although George and I don’t speak the same language, we had no trouble communicating with the help of a mobile translator app. In fact, I even picked up a few Greek phrases, which were helpful when interacting with others. Most of our conversations were with Mari, a lovely lady who assisted us every step of the way, from the reservation process to our stay. George, who lives on the first floor, was always responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is three stories, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The sea breeze is fantastic—we never had to use the A/C. Each floor has its own balcony, and starting the day with a view of the sea was a highlight. There’s plenty of space for six people or even more. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the living room is perfect for relaxing, complete with a TV, sound system, and George’s vinyl collection. Overall, George, Mari, and the house made our trip truly wonderful. We’ll definitely plan to visit again!

Huzurlu bir sitede, denize cok yakin, fotograflarda goruldugu gibi temiz, mutfaginda yemek yapmak icin yeterli aletleri olan bir ev. Isil hanim bizimle hep iletisimdeydi ve sorunlarimiz icin cok yardimda bulundu. Klima olmamasi belki ilerideki misafirler icin problem olabilir, ama biz gunduzleri denizde oldugumuz icin geceleri cok problem yasamadik. Tavan vantilatoru bizim icin yeterliydi.

Ayşegül hanım iletişimi harika olan, özenli akıllı temiz ve titiz biri. Ayrıca dakik. Minik sorunlar her zaman olabilir, kendisi bunları çok hızlı çözdü ve güvende hissettirdi. İyi ki tanıştık. Tekrar görüşmeyi çok isterim.

וילה יפייפיה בדיוק כפי שמופיעה בתמונות. 6 דק נסיעה עם רכב ללב פלומרי, וילה מתוחזקת ומאובזרת ברמה מצויינת. ניתן למצוא את כל העזרים בשביל לקיים שהות מהנה. אשת הקשר נתנה מענה מהיר ויעיל, היה לנו שהות מעולה וכייפית אצל ענת. ממליצה מאוד❤️

Meltem Hanım ve Fuat Bey sürecin başından itibaren her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Ev içerisinde her şey ilanda vaad edildiği gibi ve eksiksizdi. Temiz ve ferah bir evle karşılaştık. Yeri de çok merkezi olduğu için bize her anlamda çok büyük konfor sağladı. Cunda seyahatinde gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilir bir yer.

Fantastic place to stay with the kids. The house is cool and easy to move around, and the swimming pool and garden is perfect for kids. A great place if you just want to kick back and hang around. Best to have a car, it is a great area to explore and nice walking in the hills up towards Olympos and nice beaches if you continue on the small road east.

Evin büyüklüğü iki aile için çok yeterliydi , Havuz veranda salon kullanım açısından bizi çok çok memnun etti kendimize ait özel alanların olması oldukça rahat ve konforlu bir tatil imkanı sundu. Havuz görevlisi ile ve bahçe görevlisi ile zaman zaman karşılaştık rutin görevlerin yapıyor olması memnun ediciydi. Çocuklar havuzda doyasıya yüzdü eğlendi, havuz çok keyifli ve eğlenceliydi. Eksikler anlamında da Demir Bey son derece yardımcı oldu.

It was a very peaceful and enjoyable vacation for us.The location of the house was very nice and the house was clean and we were comfortable.Our hosts were very friendly and helpful people, they took care of us very well and gave us local advice.Thank you very much for everything, a place we plan to stay again.

The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!

Evdeki herseyin eksiksiz ve tertemiz olusu evimiz ortaminda hissettirdi. %100 memnuniyet bu olsa gerek. Evin bulundugu site cok huzurlu, sakin ve bakimli. Sitede yasayan herkes son derece sicak ve samimi, bu sayede hasret kalinan komsuluk iliskisine sahip olabileceginiz cok nezih bir ortami var. Sitenin havuzu deniz suyundan olmasi sebebiyle denizi aratmiyor, ayrica havuz oldukca buyuk, cevresinde de yeterince semsiye ve sezlong var. Evin oldugu bolge yazin sicaginda dahi sicaktan rahatsiz etmiyor. Evde bir ailenin ihtiyac duyabilecegi hersey var. Hersey icin coook tesekkur ederiz Aslihan Hanim.

The villa is amazing! The rooms are confortable and cozy, the terrace with a view of the sea very relaxing. The city centre is accessible by car but the villa was so nice that we could have stayed home all weekend in the swimming pool! We especially enjoyed the barbecue by the pool and garden. Everything was taken care of by the host, even little attentions for the children. We definately recommend this place if you are travelling to Mytilini!
