From the house you can look far over green meadows directly into the recreational area Auetal. In summer, there are horses with their small foals right in front of the house, who are always happy about a petting unit. Our beautiful apartment is located right behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows you have a beautiful view of the countryside or of the dyke and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (about 8000 m2). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is renovated by us with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 cats, I can't rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.
