The rental of the apartment is declared according to the rules, classed 2 stars, a tourist tax of 0,90 euros/adult/day will be requested the day of your arrival and paid by the owner to the community, as specified in the law.

Fully equipped bungalow. Located 50 METERS (actually) from the Ermitage lagoon and its magnificent swimmable beach protected by its barrier reef, and populated by multicolored fish. The bungalow of 19 m2 is surrounded by a small tropical garden completely private and fenced. It is air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed (140cm), separated by a door from the shower/toilet room. Outdoor kitchen of 10 m2 equipped with terrace for the exclusive use of the tenant.

A large exotic garden with direct access to the coconut grove, state forest, natural heritage pond and black sand beach. By car 10 minutes from the first beach , you can swim safely, by bike you can take the bike paths and 25 minutes will be enough to get there.

Apartment ideally located, on the waterfront of the bay of Saint-Paul, on the 3rd floor of a secure luxury residence with elevator, with a parking space in the basement. Close proximity to the fairground market, the city center, many sports facilities (swimming pool, tennis court, health course...), the bike path easily leading to Boucan Canot beach.
