The charm of the Hideaway is the quiet, remote location. The views are spectacular! The beach is very private with lounge chairs and a pergola - we were the only ones there! The open-air dining area is spacious and we loved being able to look out at sea while eating. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor shower was a cool experience. The kitchen had all we needed to make simple meals, including a blender for frozen island drinks. :-) Filtered water and an ice-maker in the fridge were key. Libby was a great host - very communicative, helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We did end up renting a Jeep since it is a bit far from from Great Harbour and the roads are very steep, but Foxy's Taboo is a short 1-mile walk down the road and their food is excellent. I do recommend bringing some provisions with you so you don't have to make the trek back to town because once you're there, you won't want to leave!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Chirag was so kind and responsive! His place is gorgeous. The pool felt amazing after a long day at the beach or a hike. The place looked just as pictured. I would definitely come back!

Great views, plenty of room in the house, friendly and helpful host. Would recommend arriving before dark - will make finding the driveway easier, but if you keep track of the driveways and turns from the host's instructions, you'll be okay. Only the master bedroom has AC, but some well-placed fans can help cool the rest of the house.

Janice and her family are absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and welcoming. She provided clear instructions on where to meet and was incredibly flexible with our check-in time. Janice even personally drove us to the villa, gave us a full tour, and made sure we knew where everything was. As a thoughtful touch, she welcomed us with a fresh bowl of mangoes picked right from the tree on her property—such a lovely gesture! The villa itself is private, peaceful, and perfectly located. We were no more than 20 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go on the island, including all the ferry ports. Each evening, we relaxed by the pool and watched the sunset—truly a breathtaking experience. We felt completely at home and safe throughout our stay. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Tortola—and when we do, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

There's not much to add as a review of Nick's wonderful home that hasn't been said already. We just spent 10 days there for the third year in a row, and this is our third review. Because of the 4 king bed rooms (two on each side of the center living area), his place can certainly accommodate four couples with plenty of privacy (our trips have been just my wife and myself), each bedroom and a number of outdoor dining and relaxing spots all having world class views of the Carribean from about 200 feet above the sea. Being right above a nice beach provides a constant sound of waves hitting the beach that adds to the ambience of the villa. The villa is well equipped (we cooked every meal there), clean and comfortable. Has WiFi and TV's for those who need or want Internet access and entetainment. Nick (the owner) and Jon and Jude (the on island management team) are terrific people and very accommodating. We hope to be back again to our personal favorite vacation spot on the planet.

The place was clean and nicely furnished. Water pressure was a little low but other than that, the place was perfect. Stayed for four nights and really enjoyed the place. Stand was great and we even used his taxi service one night. Definitely worth the price.

About us - First adventure to St. John for a family wedding.... we had four nuggets with us (two under 12 and two under 2 .. all boys) and their parents. Needed a home that would cover entertainment (pool), enough rooms and down home comfort. About the Villa - Easily met all of our requirements. The four bedrooms provided beds for my kids with kids, the kitchen had enough space for congregation and meal prep, the living room provided huge open area with kid friendly seating and the outdoor decks treated us to additional room. Helpful Hints (?) - Should have read amenities closer - "essentials not included" was one I missed... oops. Island Baby Rentals - excellent for extra cribs, toys, etc. Landlubber Logistics - excellent for pre-grocery stocking the home. Best of all, Ari was one of the quickest hosts we have worked with making this a memorable / want to do again experience!

Coconut Breeze was as good as advertised. The home was comfortable, well stocked and had spectacular views, absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Definitely get a 4 wheel drive vehicle as the roads leading up are steep and a bumpy, but hey it’s St John and that’s what you signed up for. While the home is tucked into the private, lush jungle hillside it’s also conveniently located a short drive away from multiple restaurants, grocery stores etc. We had an issue with an AC unit in the cottage, but it was promptly resolved by our host. The cottage porch was not screened in, but maybe this is something that will be done in the future. If you are staying in Coral Bay Coconut Breeze is the way.

We had a great stay at Eureka. The home was extremely nice, clean, and very well appointed. Elise was also amazing. Not only did she meet us as we got our Jeep rental to lead us to the house, but she was continually trying to make our stay better. From making sure we had kids sizes for snorkel gear to having the generator running before we even knew there was a power outage. The view and privacy of the home we also fantastic. We will definitely be back and for much longer than a week next time.

We had such a great time staying at the villa. The home was set up perfect for our group. Everything was very clean and the views were unbeatable. John and the property managers were very helpful with any questions we had. They even met us at the ferry dock to make sure we made it to the villa ok. Next time we come to St.John we will plan on staying again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our stay at this house was beyond expectations. The secluded location, well-appointed amenities, and breathtaking views of the ocean and bay made it a perfect getaway. The private pool on the lower level of the quad-level deck was a fantastic feature that my girls absolutely loved. We enjoyed grilling out one night and cooked breakfast and dinner almost every day. Driving in St. John takes a minute to get used to, but having Emily as our guide for where to go and when to hit the beaches was incredibly helpful for planning. The house provided beach chairs and pool floats, so we really didn't need anything other than renting snorkeling gear. Overall, it was an amazing experience with everything thoughtfully provided. Highly recommend!!!

We had a fabulous week, going for Christmas to be with our daughter and her wife who live there. There were five of us staying in both sides, having 2 kitchens which came in very handy for Christmas dinner. We would definitely come back.

Villa Catalina was a beautiful home with a great south view of the Caribbean. Minutes from Cruz bay and restaurants/ groceries. We spent many evenings on the deck using the well provision kitchen to have dinner on the deck after a day at the beautiful Saint John beaches. We had four adults and two kids which the sleeping arrangements were perfect for. We hope to return to this home someday if we can fit Saint John into our schedule. We were also met at the ferry dock in Cruz bay by the hosts and escorted to the home with a quick tour which was a bonus.

This was our second stay at Mandavilla Rose. It was a great base for our long weekend in St. John. We loved coming back to the pool after a day at the beach and our Friends of the Park Power Swim. And perhaps our favorite time was sitting around the large dining table after dinner with wine, playing the conversation card game that we found on the shelf. We hope to return next year.

The Villa was lovely with fantastic views and great to have your own pool. Well equipped with all the mod cons and great air con. Dawn was fantastic and gave very clear instructions and pro actively checked in with me prior my arrival. The location is 5 mins drive from the most beutiful bar and restaurant 1748, the restaurant next to that Tropic fusion was good as well with fantastic views as you are literally sitting on the beach or the swings at the bar. It was very much Tom cuise beach bar vibes in the film Cocktail but better. Your only 5 minutes away from the West End Port which takes you to Jost Van D, which i cant reccomend enough, just get the 10am ferry to make the most of the beach bar festivities. You will need to higher a car no matter where you are on the island so location is not a big deal, Nanny Cay is also a great place to go and if you land in beef island do a day in Virgin Gorda straight away. Only negative is the roads are unmade but u get used to it. 100% stay here

This unit was very lovely inside and out. Derek was very responsive at all times and gave lots of local recommendations. Overall I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tortola.

Bigger Splash was perfect for our group of 9 family members. We really enjoyed walking to the Baths and Spring Bay and eating many of our meals in the house. The living room has a spectacular view and the sunsets from the roof were beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool and brand new snorkeling equipment. The villa staff were very helpful and responsive.

My husband and I stayed at the Mooncottage for our honey moon. The place is amazing in all levels. The views are breathtaking and the set up of the cottage is perfect for a romantic get away. We had the best time ever!

We really enjoyed this condo on St. John!! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the covered balcony, enjoying the view, both in the morning while having our coffee and in the evening watching the sunset! The location was fantastic! We walked to town for restaurants & groceries, and we walked to the taxi area to get a ride to the beautiful beaches! There was a steep hill walking back to the condo, but it was worth it for the condo and its location! It was just right for us and our two teenagers:)

Villa Solare was the perfect place for our group. We loved the separation if people wanted to go hang in their own area but plenty of space for us to hang as a group in the main house and patio area. The views are incredible (pictures don't even do it justice!). The pool was fantastic and we loved that it was saltwater. The water temp was perfect. Susan provided PLENTY of amenities (TP, paper towels, spice cabinet stocked, etc) for our 8-day stay. The grill was an excellent feature (we grilled out multiple nights and never ran out of fuel). Highly recommended & hope to stay here again the future!

The villa was beautiful and having access to a pool with sunset views was amazing! Our host was extremely responsive and helpful and even inflated pool floaties for us! Would definitely recommend!

Our favorite thing about this property was "Chunky", the island villa cat. She greeted us when we arrived and she said good bye to us when we left. She sat on our laps every evening and greeted us in the mornings, always talking and purring. She is such a sweet girl and loves people. We were so happy to have her as our hostess. We even treated her to some fresh fish we caught on a fishing trip to show our gratitude. Although, the owner keeps a bowl of water and cat food on the deck for her, we treated her to some wet cat food and treats too. We loved the bathrooms with the open showers and the pool came in handy. The entire home is equipped with everything you need and then some, including snorkeling gear, life jackets, water noodles, floaties, Beach chairs, towels, etc. The owner and property manager were very responsive when I had inquiries. I was impressed. The property is secure, clean, comfortable and I highly recommend. Even the beds are great!!! 😃 Slept well and left happy.
