Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lewisham

It’s safe to say that this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had to date. It’s so nice when a host is responsive, but it’s even better when they are friendly, hospitable, and kind. Maxine has an amazing place to stay, and it’s especially a perfect place for those visiting a friend, or family member at goldsmiths university. Although the location is far from most areas in London, it’s not a problem using public transportation to get back at night. Along with the place being very nice, it has ample hot water and a great main bathroom, a nice living room, and one of the most comfortable beds. Along with all this good, Maxine also has fitted the bathroom with her own bath products, that include a great smelling shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I highly recommend this stay, for its cost, comfort, and amazing host, if you visit London.

The location is great! Bus stop and tube station at walking distance. Tower Bridge and other attractions are also a short walk away. The studio had everything one would need for the stay.

The apartment has a stunning view of the city, is close to many restaurants and is a short walk from the DLR (railway). In addition the host was very kind and responsive to my questions. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Kostas’s apartment is absolutely top-rate on all key measures. Modern & stylish. Very well equipped with all of the essentials one needs when travelling or on holidays in London. Reassuring security system. And, so ideally located directly opposite Forest Hill Railway Station to connect with trains and buses to every part of London and beyond. Kostas is a very accessible host and easy to deal with when one needs information or has a problem. My partner and I enjoyed our stay, immensely.

L appartement était impeccable, très bien fourni et correspondait parfaitement à la description. Il est également proche du parc de Greenwich où nous avons pu faire de belles balades avec notre chien. Nous étions à moins de 10mn de la station de train pour aller au centre de Londres. L environnement est très résidentiel donc très calme. Seul petit bémol, le petit bruit de la climatisation dans la chambre. Le dialogue avec notre hôte a été très fluide. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons le lieu sans hésitation. Merci Sérap!

The home was super clean and well-maintained. Our host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or requests, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood was relatively quiet—aside from the train that passes by every few minutes—but overall, it was a great stay in a lovely home.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Maria, que nous recommandons. L'immeuble et l'appartement sont trés propres et bien agencés. Tout correspond aux photos et descriptif. Quartier au bord de la Tamise, calme et trés agréable. Transports (DLR et navettes fluviales ), commerces, bars et restaurants sont proches. Greenwich est un secteur trés plaisant.

An absolutely stunning house, beautifully presented in a great location. Jocelyn was a great host, going the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful weekend with our family.

Petite maison typique dans un quartier calme. Le logement est en dehors du centre ville ce qui explique le prix intéressant mais reste très facilement accessible en 20 min via les nombreux trains ou les DLR. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le chat Nissim est super facile à soigner :-). Yoni est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes pour que tout se passe au mieux. Je recommande vivement cet endroit!

brief but wonderful stay...she has the cutest animals and checkin in was really easy...she was home but had she not been there were clear instructions on how to get in.

Eine sehr schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Ruhige und schöne Umgebung. Zimmer hat ein Balkon. Sehr idyllisch gelegen. Monica ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und Charly ein süßer und ruhiger Hund.

Maria’s place was a lovely base for our visit to London. If you are running the marathon it is an easy journey to the start line in Blackheath. Very cute and comfortable house with everything you need and conveniently located to trains and shops. Lovely coffee shop on the walk to the train station and make sure you try some of the local jollof. Luby the cat was an angel and the local cat gang was the highlight of our trip. We loved this location. We walked each am through Hillyfields Park. Our family enjoyed the trip and the location was very close to where our extended family lives. Easy access to Brockley Station and Ladywell. Very easy access by train to Central London. Grocery store (Co-op) and restaurants near by. Would stay here again.

We were there with the family for our daughter’s wedding. The grandkids loved the garden and the trampoline. The house was safe for the children. There were some toys for them to play with in the lounge which went down well. Off road parking was good and space for 2 cars. Handy having a cot available. Could have done with some instructions on how to use the oven.

Das Reihenhaus im typisch englischen Stil ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt an Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und es gibt einen gemütlichen Pub, mehrere Restaurants und Supermärkte um die Ecke. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt und man ist in 20 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Unser Gastgeber hat uns in Rekordzeit geantwortet, wenn wir eine Frage hatten und hat uns alles Wissenswerte über das Haus schon vor dem Check-in zukommen lassen. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl, als wir nach unseren Entdeckungs- und Einkaufstouren durch London in unsere gemütliche Unterkunft zurückkehrten. Wir können das Haus und den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Très beau logement avec beaucoup de charme. Stationnement facile dans la rue. La gare de New Cross est à quelques minutes à pied pour rallier le centre ville de Londres. Hélèna est sympathique et arrangeante.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Great stay - public transportation is within a 10-15 minute walk tops, and the area has a ton of great restaurants. It was nice to return to after a busy day. The flat was very clean and Zoltan really thought of all of the small details from a hairdryer to laundry soap, and even had a welcome basket for us with snacks and wine! Definitely recommend staying here.

This apartment exceeded our expectations and is ideally suited for groups of up to 4 people. The space was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and we were impressed by how well-equipped it was with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Patricia was an outstanding host who responded to our questions promptly and professionally. Her quick communication made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The location strikes a perfect balance - situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood that offers tranquility after busy days of exploring, yet with excellent connectivity thanks to the convenient bus stop directly outside the main entrance. This made getting around the city effortless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers looking for a clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located accommodation.

This was a perfect place for my fiancée and I to spend a few days exploring London. We took a ~15 minute walk to the New Cross Gate station every day and took a ~1hr train into the center of the city—if you are like us, the public transportation was so comprehensive and efficient that it was a fun way to start every morning. This spot was a great way to experience a quieter part of the city with less tourism that’s still safe and fun. It was easy to find, quiet, clean, and a very pleasant space. Our host was polite, helpful and responsive. When we return to the city we will absolutely be booking again!

We enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo. It had beautiful views and was in the perfect location outside of the busy city but steps from the closest train station. It was very clean and Janet had wonderful suggestions for us to eat/shop. She even left treats for us to snack on while we stayed. 10/10 would recommend.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Thomais: logement conforme à l'annonce, dans résidence calme. Propre, avec cuisine fonctionnelle. Le canapé-lit fait l'affaire pour quelques nuits. L'appartement se situe à 20min à pieds de la station de métro Canada Water, qui permet l'accès au centre de Londres en 15-20min. Les hôtes sont réactifs par message. Nous recommandons !

We were really pleased with our stay at Tom's place. We visited London with our baby so it was important that we had somewhere comfortable to spend the evenings, and his apartment didn't disappoint. Tom was proactive and helpful, and when we encountered a small issue with the cot mattress being missing, he was right on it and supplied another in time for bedtime. Thanks for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
