My recent stay at Toby's Transient was fantastic, exceeding my expectations for a budget-friendly staycation! The space was clean, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during my stay. The caretaker was also amazing - very attentive and made me feel right at home. It's clear that they prioritize customer service. The location was perfect; it was an easy walk to many establishments, which made it convenient to get around. I had no trouble finding the place, and it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. What truly stood out was how homey the place felt. It provided exactly what I needed for my staycation needs. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay with excellent service.

Better to just search Gelo's Homestay on Google Maps instead of using the Airbnb directions. I used the link from Airbnb and my colleagues got lost. The place is inside a subdivision. Roads are pretty narrow and there’s no street parking, so my colleagues had to park somewhere nearby. Take note palan na medyo hassle if may car ka na mag-aabang sa labas kasi makakaabala sa daan. We only stayed for a short time during our training at Marison Hotel. It’s super near the venue and SM. Safe area. May parking sa loob, pero medyo mataas yung driveway so baka sumayad yung mga lowered na sasakyan. May CCTV for security, pero we unplugged it kasi maingay siya. Binalik naman before umalis. We coordinated naman muna sa host before unplugging it. Check-in was smooth, may clear instructions. Host replies fast. Place is clean. May towels, toothbrush, toothpaste. Walang soap pero okay lang. Overall, sulit siya. Affordable and okay lalo na kung group kayo.

The amenities provided were exactly as described everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable experience. What you see on the Airbnb listing is exactly what you get, if not more. The home was well-stocked with essentials and extras that made our stay even more enjoyable, including food items in the fridge, condiments, complete kitchenware, board games, Netflix access, and a karaoke setup. It felt like a home away from home. The location is also ideal, just a short drive from Bicol International Airport, making it a convenient and peaceful stay in Daraga, Albay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in the future. It truly is a comforting haven far from home.

What can I say? Easy. Definitely the top of my list to stay in Legazpi the next time I visit. The neighborhood is quiet and good. The place feels like home and secured. very ideal for longer stays. Everything is well maintained and clean, so it is easy to keep things organized too. You can definitely see that the host listens to feedback which did I mentioned amazing and super friendly? Cause, sure is which makes the stay more pleasant.

Ms. Sharon and family were very transparent, friendly and accommodating. I know we might've been a bit hassle guests as we were a group of four, but they remained very warm and even shared some food with us! Thank you for being our Bicol home this trip.
