Apartment holiday rentals in Licey al Medio

Really nice apartment, 5 minutes away from the airport, beautiful decorated and awesome view of Santiago. The apartment was well guarded with security. We were able to communicate with the host directly, and he made the check-in process very easy. The home was clean. We had a space designated to park the car. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in traveling to Santiago.

Esta alojamiento es sencillamente espectacular recomendado al 100%. No tiene fallo. Hermosa y fina decoración, limpio, cocina bien equipada, se duerme cómodo, no hay ruido en el Residencial. Es de los mejores alojamientos que he visitado en Santiago.

Stayed one night. Needed a place close to the airport. Very clean apartment and it was close to the airport. I would recommend this apartment.

I genuinely don’t have any complains the Airbnb is absolutely beautiful!!! Just like the picture of anything in my opinion it looks like something from a magazine in person. Luis is super attentive any questions I had he was always quick to respond. The location is super quiet which I loved cause you get to actually rest. Driving to the location you do have to pass security, making the Airbnb super safe. The hot tub is a plus it fits a good amount of people in there. The area is residential so unfortunately at times the music can’t be on while on the rooftop. But you can always go downstairs to the apartment and enjoy music from inside the rooms.

Beautiful place and Luz was very responsive and very helpful. I definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone who’s interested. Has everything you need and it’s super organized. I had a great time.

Jonathan was great, every time I had a question he got back to me right away and he answered all my questions. He was very polite and respectful. He spoke fluent Spanish and English. It has a beautiful view of the surrounding. The building was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful. Good water pressure and hot water. Every thing I could need to make it staying easier, it was there. I would recommend it .

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. Everything was perfect from the start: communication with the host was fast and clear, the place was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and exactly as shown in the pictures (or even better!). Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa, el lugar tal cual las fotos, súper cómodo, limpio, espacioso, tranquilo, fácil de llegar, instrucciones claras, nos sentimos como en casa. Todas las amenidades tal cual están descritas. Wifi súper bueno. Las áreas comunes limpias muy buen cuidadas. Altagracia definitivamente una súper anfitriona. Entrada sin contacto.

El alojamiento está muy cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y plazas. Buena seguridad del lugar y todo tal cual lo descrito. El anfitrión muy atento y responsable. Recomendado 👍🏻

Great place. Very safe location with plenty of things to do. The apartment was as described with plenty of privacy and the host were quick to respond to messages or any help request. Would recommend.

Place was exactly as described and centrally located to everything. My family and I stayed at 4 airbnbs during our trip and Paola was so responsive and attentive and was a pleasure to speak with. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Santiago!

The place overall was good and mostly matched the listing. It was clean, private, and in a peaceful area — great if you’re looking to relax without a lot of noise. The interior was tidy and well-kept, which I appreciated. That said, the jacuzzi was a bit of a letdown. It didn’t function properly during my stay, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons I booked the place. If the jacuzzi had been working. Overall everything was great

Charlie’s place was great. I love it! The hot tub in the view it’s what I rented it for and I was not disappointed. He’s very helpful and a great host.

First time getting an air bnb in the Dominican Republic, and I am very happy my family and I chose this one. The host very nice and the person who recieved us there was lovely and very helpful. He made sure to let us know he was always available with what we needed. The area was amazing, everything was close by. Restaurants, supermarkets, stores, malls and plazas were all nearby. Definitely recommend this Airbnb for a big family.
