Really nice apartment, 5 minutes away from the airport, beautiful decorated and awesome view of Santiago. The apartment was well guarded with security. We were able to communicate with the host directly, and he made the check-in process very easy. The home was clean. We had a space designated to park the car. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in traveling to Santiago.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Santiago, DR. The unit was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. The front desk security was friendly and very helpful, which made me feel even more at ease. One of my favorite parts was the refreshing breeze that came through the balcony—especially at night, it was so breezy that I didn’t even need to use the AC. While there was some street noise from passing motos at night, that’s just part of city life and obviously not something the host can control. Overall, I felt super safe in the unit and really enjoyed my time here. Would definitely stay again!

Jonathan was great, every time I had a question he got back to me right away and he answered all my questions. He was very polite and respectful. He spoke fluent Spanish and English. It has a beautiful view of the surrounding. The building was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful. Good water pressure and hot water. Every thing I could need to make it staying easier, it was there. I would recommend it .

I genuinely don’t have any complains the Airbnb is absolutely beautiful!!! Just like the picture of anything in my opinion it looks like something from a magazine in person. Luis is super attentive any questions I had he was always quick to respond. The location is super quiet which I loved cause you get to actually rest. Driving to the location you do have to pass security, making the Airbnb super safe. The hot tub is a plus it fits a good amount of people in there. The area is residential so unfortunately at times the music can’t be on while on the rooftop. But you can always go downstairs to the apartment and enjoy music from inside the rooms.

Saul, who managed the property, was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The pool was well-maintained, and the overall experience was great. We’d rent this place again during a future visit.

Eduardo's place is one of those rare finds in AirBNB that feel like a second home in a new city. Eduardo is very helpful, responsive and the apartment is very easy to get to (2 minute walk behind IKEA) and has a whole lot of restaurants, banks, supermarkets and whatever you might need to get to - exactly as described in the listing and as in the instructions from Eduardo. There is secure parking and you can check-in easily yourself. The neighbourhood is peaceful (except the occasional platanos truck) and felt very safe towards the 27 de Fevrero side. The other side towards La Sirena is more industrial than residential so I took Ubers (which are also easy to find in this side of town). All in all, a wonderful place for a short-term or a long-term stay, safe, convenient, quiet neighbours and great value of money. And fast internet too, was able to work using a VPN without any drops so a perfect place for digital nomads. Thank you Eduardo !

The place was nice, quiet and the pool was awesome. We only went in once but the sight of the pool felt like I was in a resort or something similar. You could see it right behind the apartment. It's a very private area, gated community, with a gated section where the apartment is located. It was pretty cool and i felt safe! Great location too!
