Gorgeous stay with friends at the Green Cottage. Such a great space, and location. We were blessed with good weather. House spotlessly clean and lovely minimalist skandi vibe. All fixtures and fittings feel new and super stylish. Well equipped kitchen with great facilities and I’ve already recommend it to a number of friends. Small touches like milk and ice in the freezer make such a difference. Top host, we will be back. Xxxx

Absolutely stunning cottage! Made our wedding even more magical having such a perfect place to stay.

What a lovely house in a stunning location. It was so private and we were surrounded by trees and birds and the hot tub was a real bonus. We were situated in the middle of more National Trust properties than we could visit in the week!! They are all situated between 30 and 45 mins drive which was brilliant. Our day in Worcester was lovely too. Rick and Becky were great hosts and I would highly recommend this property to relax in beautiful surroundings and/or an ideal base to explore this lovely area. I will miss the dawn chorus of birdsong and seeing numerous birds everytime I looked out of a window!

This place has a part of my heart. This is my second time visiting and I would go again! - it’s private - has a great sound system - it’s cosy - has amazing views - such comfy beds - has everything you need - it’s clean Rodalyn and Ali are amazing, they are so hospitable and they make the place even better. They made sure that they fitted me in and enabled me to have the best engagement gathering ever! I will never forget that weekend🎉❤️

Lovely place to stay. Great amenities and hot tub was huge! Only thing for me was that I wasn’t able to sleep due to loud road noises but that’s a personal preference.

Wood Cottage is absolutely beautiful. The house is well equipped and perfectly maintained. The setting is extraordinary with beautiful gardens with plenty of privacy and peace. Thanks to Samantha and Andy’s instructions it’s also easy to find, whereas the post code is a little more difficult. Their communication was proactive and timely, but not at all intrusive. The sauna, plunge pool and hot tub are a real treat, although the hot tub is a little temperamental in that we struggled to get some of the jets to work. However, given that is the only room for improvement we could identify on the accommodation, it’s clear that a stay at Wood Cottage comes highly recommended and we hope to return!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a lovely touch and felt very private. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful time with our family and dog at The Barn. David and Tess were super friendly and provided some great local recommendations. The location is stunning and a short walk or drive to great days out. The place was very clean and cosy and the kids loved to watch the cows out of the window. We hope to return soon and highly recommend!

We have been here a while due to house renovations , Nothing but 1st class service . Always helpful Always responsive Very very clean. Lots of clean linen . Location is stunning , watching the wildlife especially the “Kites” are awesome at dusk . Peaceful surroundings . Local pub food very good . Lots of walking and a handy book to help you find your way . Highly recommended .

Ingles Nook was a great location for my 4 month stay in Stoke. Comfortable ,clean and with all the amenities required to live very comfortably. Ingrid is a great host, very helpful and always available if needed. Highly recommend a stay at Ingles Nook

We recently stayed in this characterful mid-terraced house, which has a lovely sense of history and was tastefully decorated throughout. It’s in a fantastic location for visiting the nearby theme park, with a good range of places to eat within easy walking distance. The house has a unique charm and a traditional feel - ideal for those who appreciate properties with personality. It stayed pleasantly cool inside, a real bonus, particularly since the weather was so warm during our stay. All in all, a well-located and memorable base for our short trip.

We had a fantastic long weekend staying in Nicola’s lovely period cottage, set in a quiet but continently close to town part of Belper, with everything we needed on the doorstep. The cottage has beautiful period features and was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy so we slept well. We really enjoyed our stay and the cottage made an excellent base whilst we explored the surrounding areas including the stunning Peak District. Thanks for having us!

One of the very best Air B&Bs I’ve stopped in. Laura’s cottage is absolutely stunning and I wished we’d stayed for longer. The decor and furnishings make it a clean, cosy and homely place to relax and the shower is out of this world! The beds were incredibly comfy and we got a great night’s sleep. The location is beautiful too and we’d love to return to take advantage of some locals walks. Can also highly recommend the pub next door!

a great little cottage, minutes away from Alton Towers. if that's not for you, then Ramblers Retreat and a lovely walk around the surrounding country side is a 15 min walk away. beautifully kept cottage with everything you need (except a TV). wasn't an issue for us as we bought a spare one with us. Rebecca was great to deal with and a really helpful host. We will definately book again.

We had a really lovely stay in Rach's barn. It is absolutely beautiful and we feel very privileged to have stayed in it. Her attention to detail is exceptional and her thoughtful welcome hamper of local produce was an unexpected kind and lovely gesture. The contents of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The stay in the barn was everything we had hoped for and more, comfortable, homely and quiet, making our first visit to Staffordshire something to remember.

Such a Lovely Stay! We had a great weekend here! The place was really cosy and in a perfect spot. The hosts were super friendly and easy to talk to. Communication was smooth, and check-out was really flexible, which made things so much easier. We especially loved sitting by the pond with the friendly ducks — such a peaceful little moment. We had a wonderful stay for 6 nights. The accommodations were amazing and we really felt at ease and were able to relax after a long day of exploring. Centrally located for many adventures. The recommended eateries were great. We felt at home after traveling 4k+ miles.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. We went with our 3 month old and Lisa contacted me in advance to warn me about the layout. It was very hot when we arrived and Lisa brought down a Dyson fan for us to use, very friendly and helpful. The cottage is cosy and decorated tastefully.

We had a fantastic stay at Russell’s cottage. Fabulous location, easy parking, everything provided for our two night stay and Russell was very responsive and helpful. Won’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place to stay to take in the best of Derbyshire and beyond. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, lovely extra touches such as dvds, toys and games. The most beautiful setting in the countryside but just a 5 min drive to Ashbourne which is a lovely market town. Fantastic hosts, responsive to queries. Couldn't improve our stay, we were sad to leave and would love to return.

We really enjoyed staying in Alice's charming home. It retains period features but has also been tastefully modernised. We particularly liked the kitchen diner which is light and airy and spacious, and a very nice place to hang out. The lounge is cosy. A narrow staircase leads up to three pleasant bedrooms. Beds were comfy, shower was good (a slight stoop for the very tall). We cooked our own meals during our stay and found the kitchen to be well equipped with everything we needed. Nice crockery and glassware. Coton in the Elms is a nice peaceful village, whose location suited an event we were attending over the weekend. We'd love to come back and stay again!
