This place is old Florida charm but updated. Very comfortable and clean. There are not a lot of places left like this to stay at. I loved the location. It’s an easy walk to St. Armand’s to shop, eat or have a drink. People were very friendly when we sat around the pool and we enjoyed their company. Would highly recommend this place but would like to keep it for myself. Thanks to Karl for being a great host. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The condo was immaculate and updated. We've stayed in condos at this location before and this condo is our favorite. Pristine conditions, beautiful interior and David is a fabulous host. We will definitely stay here again. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!

3BR/2BA beach villa on Lido Key

Iva's place by Lido Beach was a perfect location for us. It was a very easy walk to the beach, especially for my parents who are in their 70's and were with us. They could spend time at the beach and easily walk back on their own to the condo while the rest of my family continued our beach time. Great location(easy walk or plenty of parking) to the Lido Beach pool as well as St. Armand's circle with all the shops and dining. We spent time at the beach in the morning, came back to the condo for lunch and went back to the beach to close out the day before dinner. It had a great wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella and some awesome beach towels for us too, which was really nice to not have to pack such things. The only thing was there was no curtain on the bunk bedroom and one could see in the room from the parking area. We managed by blocking the windows with some pillows. It also helped keep the light out so my kids could sleep a little later. No need to look any further!

Bright Coastal Condo: Walk to Lido Key Beach!

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had the most amazing time at this condo! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-stocked everything was. The space was perfect for the four of us, it was a peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! We especially loved the balcony, where we spent mornings with coffee and evenings watching the sunset. The building and area itself was quiet, secure, and well-maintained, and the amenities (beach access, parking) were top-notch. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still felt tucked away and relaxing. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making check-in seamless and the entire stay!

The home on St Armand Circle is fantastic and has even had some upgrades since we rented the property last year. The location is amazing, being less than 5 minutes from all the bars and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from the beach and easy to get to Longboat Key, Downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key. the property itself is very well set out with three double bedrooms and three big bathrooms, perfect if staying as a family or group of friends. The kitchen is excellent with a big fridge that has an ice/water dispenser which is great in the Florida weather. The real star of the show is the heated pool however which is great and makes the house a real indoor/outdoor property.

Staying at Camille's place was an absolute delight! From the moment we booked, Camille went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless; she responded promptly to all our queries and provided detailed instructions that made check-in a breeze.The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camille's attention to detail was evident in every corner of the space, from the cozy bed linens to the well-stocked kitchenette. The day we left Camille's place, our flight was canceled like many others. Camille texted us immediately, and told us to come back to her place if we don't have anywhere to stay do to the chaos at the airport. That was beyond our expectations. Overall, Camille is not just a host but a true hospitality professional. Her warmth and genuine care for her guests make her place a standout choice for anyone visiting the area.We can't wait to come back and stay with Camille.
