At your disposal, in addition to a fully equipped house, there is a porch and 5000 m2 of land with a hammock corner, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue.

We have 6 rooms in various configurations. The area is fenced and prepared for children: trampoline, hammocks, volleyball court. Our own pond with a jetty, mini beach and boat gives you the opportunity to swim and fish. We cook delicious meals or make the kitchen available to guests. Beautiful forests offer the opportunity for walks and bike trips.

It consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom of 35m2, an attic with two bedrooms under the slopes (low). At the cottage there is a terrace with benches and a table. A free-standing festive shed with benches and a table. There is also a barbecue and a fire pit. A playground for children. Sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi. Hammock. Parking.

This place was created out of love for people who love nature. Here you will feel the rhythms of nature, where the stream flows slowly and the birds wake up in the morning. Kotowo is a town located close to the beautiful city of Lidzbark Warm, where there are Warmia Thermal Baths and Tężnie. You can also organize a starting point for visiting Warmia, which is a very charming and surprising land. Łyna is the largest river in Warmia and Mazury, you can kayak, fish and walk along the wild banks of the river.

Duży Dom in Wolnica is a spacious house situated amidst the Warmian forests, perfect for 10–14 people. Guests have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an additional half bath, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, and a grill. On the property, there is a pond with a deck, a spacious sauna for larger groups (accommodating up to 22 people), and a hot tub with hydromassage for up to 8 people. For larger groups, the Small House can also be rented additionally.
