Our House: over 200m2 of living fun Quietly located residential house on the outskirts of Sevenig. Only 3 km from the three-country point with Luxembourg and Belgium on the beautiful Ourdal. The house has a large living room with wood stove and a spacious fully equipped dining kitchen. Large relaxation and sports room with sauna, table tennis table, pool table, dart board and plenty of board games, and a shuffleboard and television plus Wi-Fi. Experience the tranquility of the Südeifel Nature Park and the house with its many extras.

Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Suitable for 8 people. 10 min. from Dreiländer Ecke (Du-Lux-Be), Liège, Trier at 60 minutes drive. Winter skiing at the Schwartzer Mann at just 20 minutes by car.

Very nice apartment with jacuzzi+ outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read listing completely), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

The love nest

The love nest est notre havre de paix à la campagne. Petite maison contemporaine en bois, à la grande cheminée de pierre, elle offre une belle chambre double et une plus petite chambre attenante séparée du séjour par un rideau. Entièrement chauffée par un poêle à bois et un feu ouvert, elle offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et pleine de charme. Une terrasse plein sud, en partie couverte (Belgique oblige) agrémente le tout.

A wide range of cultural and outdoor sports activities await you and will allow you to discover the facets of our bucolic landscapes, our forests, green meadows and our High Fens! You can also enjoy our local and traditional gastronomy.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
