Family-friendly holiday rentals in Liên Chiểu

The villa is perfect! Not so far away from the town by taxi but inside the villa Furama, we could escape from the hustle and bustle and spend feeling comfortable and calm here surrounded by the beautiful garden. We went to the supermarket for food for the breakfast and spend loose time in the morning and cosy time drinking wine at the private pool side or at the terrace. Everything is excellent. And I'd like to say Linna is a great person! She is kind and good personality. I could contact her anytime by Line and everything I worry about was solved before the departure. She arranged the driver and the car to Hoi An to the airport for the last day after check out. So 4 of us could spend perfect days in Da Nang. I highly recommend Furama villa. Every one will have the perfect days there.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

Helios was a great host. Communication was perfect, everything was on time, home was clean all the time. Home is between Hoi An and Da Nang, both cities is easy to reach and both are gorgeous. Helios also helped rent a car and with other questions. Was pleasure to stay here, can recommend.

Amazing location, very clean & tidy, there’s a rooftop bar & pool overlooking the beach. Right by a lot of restaurants and bars. We enjoyed it so much! Would def stay here again

Villa was as described. In a very quiet area but close to the beach and a few bars. Villa itself was nice. Beds were comfortable. The main bathroom shower didn't get that hot, so showered in the massive one close to the living room. It's very safe and secure, with a gate and padlock. Quang was very quick to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this villa. It is cheap and comfortable.

Everything was great, and Linh answers quickly. Very nice hotel, great staff and location. Two minutes from My Khe Beach.

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

This apartment is new or recently remodeled--appliances and fixtures still have manufacturers' tags on them. Location is great--just three blocks from the beach and near some good restaurants. Not in the center of town, but cabs here are cheap and easy to find. Host Duy was helpful and easy to get along with.

Good place inside the city. Good view on night time. Very near the sea . Not so quiet but everything ok.

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

The apartment was as described, with very easy check-in. The location was convenient and right by the beach.

This is the best airbnb I have stayed in Vietnam! Hong is beyond welcoming and shows incredible hospitality. She made my partner and I breakfast each morning I stayed. The room itself is perfect, spacious and very big bathroom. Her family is so Nice and loves to have conversations, they have great English skills. She has 2 very sweet dogs they are the cutest little animals. In the next years I will definitely be back! Best host ever!

The apartment has a spacious and comfortable layout for family of four. The beach is just across the street. Lots of marts, shops, and restaurants in walkable distance. Host is very responsive and accomodated our late check-in. Check-in/check-out was very smooth. The balcony is spacious with nice ocean view for a lazy afternoon. Overall great place for a family vacation or even long term stay. Highly recommended.

이제 한국 집으로 돌아 왔어요 ~ 베트남에서 가장 기억에 남는 추억을 얘기하라고 하면 coucou에서의 10시간이 었다고 얘기하고 싶어요. 넘 편안하게 쉬었고 아이가 침대에 오줌을 쌀만큼 단독 수영장에서 몇시간씩 홀딱 벗고 놀고 화장실도 못갈 정도로 침대에 실례릴 했을 정도었으니까요^^ 입실날이 출국날인데 이른 시간에 숙소에서 쉴수있게 배려 해주셔서 다시한번 감사드려요. 나이드신 부모님과 저희 가족은 사장님은 친절함과 배려심에 깊고 깊은 감동과 게스트에 대한 서비스 정신에(공항가서 휴대폰 두고온걸 알아서 ㅜ ㅜ 연락드렸더니 공항까지 와주심 ) 감동 ×1000 였습니다. 제 주변에 베트남 가는 지인들에게 제일 먼저 coucou에 예약 가능 한지 알아보라 할거 같아요. 너무도 고맙고 감동을 주셨더 사장님 앞으로도 번창 하시고 조만간 다낭에 방문시 1순위 숙소임~

This was a return visit to Gillian's place and even better than before. The villa has just finished a long term rental - hence no reviews for a while - so it was all re-decorated and spring cleaned before we arrived. It's 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the golf clubhouse. The golf course has been extended to 27 holes - now includes a Jack Nicklaus designed 9 holes and a Greg Norman designed 18 holes, if you like golf. The villa looks out towards the 11th green and 12th tee. The villa is in a boutique development that's part of the prestigious Ocean Villas estate. We tried the spa (fabulous hot stone massage and reasonably priced), as well as the Reflections restaurant - yum! We'll be back !

Hien's apartment was exactly as described and as per the photos. Stunning city view from the high floor, just across the road from the beach and with all the amenities needed for my small family of 3. The washer and dryer were very useful for us. A few minimarts within walking distance, and easy enough to travel anywhere via grab. There is also a space in the lobby for grab food deliveries, allowing for contactless drop-offs. Hien was very responsive to texts, would not hesitate to stay here again should we return to Da Nang!

We really enjoyed staing at Ly's place. She communicted well and her place was wonderful. We loved the location right on the beach. There was lots to do and has many good places to eat close by. We really liked the brewery on the beach across the street.

非常感谢Hung的帮助及安排让我们全家过了一个非常棒的春节假期，别墅在一个五星级的度假村中，整个社区非常安静，环境也非常美，绝对的海景房，可以自己做饭也可以去酒店用餐，每天都用工人打扫房间及泳池，度假村也为住客提供了buggy car穿梭在社区中，其实无论去会安古城还是巴拿山打车就可以前往非常方便，已经向朋友推荐此BNB了。

Great Stay at Binh Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at Binh Stay in Da Nang. The place was exceptionally clean, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect—conveniently close to key attractions, restaurants, and the beach, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful stay. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff who made sure everything was perfect. The amenities were also great, providing everything needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Overall, Binh Stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. I would definitely stay here again!
