The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna and a sleeping loft with a double bed. (Bath barrel extra charge). Gas grill and wood-fired grill can be found in the yard and you can sit under the lean-to. Easy to get to by public transport. Skating rink in Vesankajärvi in winter and a sledding track. Disc golf course Vesala monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. Tule rentoutumaan rauhalliseen ja kodikkaaseen mökkiin perheen, ystävien tai vaikka pienen työporukan kanssa. Mökki sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla, mutta silti lähellä Himoksen tekemistä ja menoa. Lähimmät laskettelurinteet ovat noin 3 km päässä ja keskukseen on matkaa noin 6 km. Viikonloppuisin voi käydä Himos Areenalla kuuntelemassa artisteja ja nauttimassa hyvästä tunnelmasta. Kesällä uimapaikka löytyy noin 300 m päästä, joten aamu-uinnille pääsee helposti. Tekemistä riittää ympäri vuoden!
