Stephanie is the perfect host that really helped us enjoy her beautiful property. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our time while ending our 5 week Europe vacation. The local small towns away from typical tourist spots and region offered us a little glimpse of the real French countryside with the benefit of close drives to more prolific tourist spots on the North coast. The weather was unusually hot for our stay so the pool was a blessing for the kids. We highly recommend this property of you are in the region.

Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Amaury et Stylite qui nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Le gîte est magnifique et très propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les nombreuses activités extérieures à disposition qui permettent de profiter pleinement de ce lieu plein de charme. Amaury et Stylite ont été disponibles tout au long de notre séjour, toujours prêts à répondre à nos questions. Un grand moment de détente dans un cadre idyllique que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Un grand merci a Anaïs et Quentin de nous avoir permis de partager ce beau moment entre amis dans un cadre idyllique pour les enfants (et les adultes) : jeux, balançoire, piscine et surtout... la mini ferme, avec les poneys et les chèvres, qui ravissait enfants et parents de bons matins ! le logement est beau et idéalement situé (30 min du mont St Michel). a refaire 1000 fois 😍

Belle expérience, un gîte superbe et accueillant loin de tout afin de pouvoir se poser avec ses proches.

We had a fantastic time at Annie's place. The countryside location had the most fantastic views, the sunrise, and sunsets were magical. The location is so calm and relaxing. The house was amazing and had everything our family of 7 needed. The beds were super comfortable and the house was extremely clean and tidy. Annie and her husband were magnificent hosts, clear instructions and thoughtful touches and a welcome gift was an amazing surprise. I highly recommend this location, short drive to Rennes and an hour from Saint Malo.

Hôte très accueillants avec en prime une petite surprise .... au frigo très apprécié d'ailleurs😁🤗 super séjour en y rejoignant notre fils, pour qui le lave linge a bien été un + C'est un endroit calme, spacieux, très propre, avec une très bonne literie surtout pour le mal de dos👌 Ils savent accueillir et sont très agréable. Cela dit, si nous pouvons suggérer une chose… un balai pour la terrasse ,et la…. C’est comme à la maison 😅😉 Nous recommandons vivement si vous allez dans leurs coins.

En déplacement professionnel du côté de Rennes j'ai passé un très bon séjour chez Pierre. Le logement est agréable , Pierre est très sympa , pas de soucis , tout est bien.

We waren meteen al gecharmeerd door de foto's op de website maar in het echt was het nog beter! De communicatie was perfect, de aankomst was echt hartelijk en tijdens de rondleiding was het meteen duidelijk dat Philippe en Birgit dit met veel passie doen. Het ruime huis is niet alleen super-proper maar ook hyper-volledig ingericht met heel veel smaak: we voelden er ons meteen thuis! Het was een waar plezier om in deze keuken te koken. Er is echt aan alles gedacht. Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de mooie regio te verkennen (de tips van Philippe en Birgit zijn echte aanraders). We hadden het geluk dat het prachtig weer as maar ook bij minder weer is het een super cosy huis. We hebben XXXL genoten. Aanrader!

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement le temps d’un week-end pour une compétition de CrossFit. Même si nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de toutes les prestations, le cadre nous a vraiment charmés. Le lieu est paisible, entouré de verdure, avec une très belle vue sur un étang… et même des moutons juste à côté, ce qui a ajouté une touche bucolique et agréable à notre séjour. Le logement était propre, confortable et parfaitement adapté pour nos soirées et nos nuits après des journées bien remplies. Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil, nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour plus long !

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Magnifique maison!!!! Cadre incroyable et très paisible. Maison très bien équipée Armelle et son compagnon sont très accueillants et réactifs. Une adresse immanquable.

Wonderful, supportive host and a beautiful, cozy, well-located apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We felt more than welcome and really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay!

Excellent séjour dans cette maison ! Elle est bien aménagée et équipée. Au calme et dans un cadre verdoyant sans être isolée car très rapide et facile d’accès (10 min de Ker Lann, 15 min de Rennes). Il y a aussi de jolies balades à pieds à proximité. Les deux chambres sont très confortables et spacieuses. L’ensemble du logement est très propre, les informations données sont claires et nous avons eu l’occasion de croiser le propriétaire qui était très sympathique. Je recommande vivement.
