There were extensive directions, which made everything very easy! The host also checked in with us after we got there and was super responsive. We loved how close and accessible the beach was! We would stay here again!

The cottage was very nice. We didn't need to have much interaction with Kim, as there were no issues. I personally would have liked to have received the entry code earlier, but I tend to be a worry-wort about these types of things. She did provide it in a timely manner when I texted asking for it the day before our arrival. The cottage was very nice ... very clean and anything we needed was there. The bed was very comfortable ... nice shower. The "kitchen" is tiny ... this didn't matter to us because we didn't plan to cook, but if you wanted to prepare your own meals, it wouldn't have been easy as there was absolutely zero counter space for preparation or clean-up. But it was perfect for us and completely met our expectations. We had a wonderful stay.

Exactly as listed in the photos. Perfect for our group of 5 adults. Just enough space that we weren’t on top of one another with good conversation spaces to hangout. The host was extremely responsive via chat. We were at the Sundial for a wedding so we didn’t explore the area much but we would absolutely stay here again.

We had our family (and dog) here for a week and had a phenomenal time. The house has everything you would need and want, you won’t have to leave. The pool is perfect and has a great view into the bay. We enjoyed grilling and swimming while watching for dolphins coming up to the dock right there next to us. Fishing was fun as well, we really just enjoyed everything about the house. Definitely would recommend and will be looking to come back.

It was wonderful being back in Sanibel! The island is coming back and Suzanne’s place is absolutely wonderful. Her directions and suggestions were great, and we loved every minute of our stay. Our kids particularly loved the bunk beds in her home and the pool (and I don’t know if they do it every day but they brought out free ice cream sandwiches/popsicles in the afternoon!!). We would highly recommend this unit or the complex overall!

What a wonderful week in this beautiful home!! This home is well stocked with all that you will need for a great get-away. The recliners were perfect for us. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking utensils and a beautiful island. There were surplus towels & linens as well as supplies for the beach and pool. We'd be back in a heartbeat!! Jamie was very helpful and friendly. We loved the location with easy access to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Summerlin's Cafe and Yoder's Homemade Ice Cream were some of our favorites.
