Le Chais is our lovingly restored distillery, an independent house for guests in the grounds of our property. We have brought what was an unused wreck up to its current state, offering really spacious, elegant accommodation in a truly idyllic setting. Surrounded by vines, in the heart of the Grand Champagne region of Cognac, we can guarantee you a quiet, restful escape. We are permanently resident in the main house so are able to give you as much or little interaction as you wish.

In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners (induction, and ceramic glass), a traditional oven and a microwave oven. The floor is air-conditioned.

You will be surrounded by the vineyards of Grande Champagne for lunch on the terrace or enjoy the swimming pool from May to September which can be covered and secured thanks to the telescopic shelter. In the heart of the Cognac vineyards and close to a village of character, we propose you to taste the rustic charm of an old restored mill on the banks of the small river Le Collinaud. It has an enclosed and shaded garden as well as a large field for outdoor games. The swimming pool located nearby is to be shared with the vacationers of the 4-person gîte and the guest rooms located on the Domaine des Collinauds.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.
