Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

Great location and unit had all the necessities for the stay. There were also some nice touches by the owners with snacks and coffee for our stay. Just need to take note that there was no air-conditioning and the weather was hot, especially in the day.

We couldn’t have asked for anything else! This place was stocked with everything to enjoy your Kauai vacation. The garage had lots of things to go out and use at the beach and around Princeville. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for! Amy was awesome and extremely accommodating and responsive. We would 100% stay here again!! Thanks🌺

We had a lovely time in Princeville. The location was great and the place was perfect for our needs.

Jacob's place was wonderfully located! The rooms were spacious and can easily host a good group. He was communicative and provided good recommendations for nearby food and beaches. The chairs, wagon, towels, and other outdoor amenities were a major plus! Would definitely consider rebooking next time I'm in Kauai.

Natalie’s home is the perfect place to stay and explore Kauai’s North Shore. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the backyard feels like your own lush, private retreat to relax after a long day of snorkeling and paddle boarding. I can honestly say this is the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tons of attention to every detail. The care that was put into this home shows. It was more than enough space for our family of six. Every beach and activity supply we could have asked for was in the garage and in great shape. Beach umbrellas, chairs, a wagon, footballs, beach towels, straw hats, snorkeling gear, everything. We also used the bikes to cruise around the neighborhood and run to Foodland for groceries or a poke bowl. If you’re looking for the absolute best spot for home base in Princeville, this should be your place. Natalie was quick and easy to communicate with and she also has lots of helpful tips for food, beaches, etc. We can’t wait to visit again!

This place was brilliant! I was on vacation in Princeville w/ mom and dad, and this place was exactly what we needed. It was a <10 minute drive from Hanali bay, restaurants, beaches, Hāʻena park shuttle stop. The AirBnB had a nice kitchen w/ enough cooking material to make dinner/breakfast and save a few bucks while visiting the island. We had a nice view of the ocean, and a few hidden trails near our place. Parking was hella easy. I'm def returning to the island, and if the lord be blessed, this AirBnB will be available for booking. :) Shout out to Brooke for communicating recs to us, for being so responsive, and kind throughout our trip.

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. The condo had everything we needed and all that you’d need to have a great beach day (snorkels, umbrella, chairs, towels, etc). Easy check in and free parking. The facility across the road for a pool, outdoor gym, etc., was a nice touch and something we enjoyed utilizing. 10 min walk to the beach and a cute area for dinner, we recommend Keoki’s paradise for drinks. A 5 minute walk to a great breakfast cafe, little fish. Overall we would absolutely stay here again.

We only stayed one night, got there pretty late and left very early in the morning. Place was perfect for our needs, easy and flexible check-in, clean, great location. I would stay again if in Kauai.

Guys, everything was perfect! Princeville is nice and quaint. We took a walk through the golf course area and enjoyed all the trees/scenery. Parking is very close to the unit and Ryan is very responsive. The place is pristine and had everything we needed

Shaun was a super friendly and proactive host. His place had everything we needed to entertain and care for our little one on her first big trip, which made life easy for mom and dad. We love the Kiahuna Plantation and highly recommend units like Shaun's on the backside of the property for privacy and peace, while still having easy access to all of the amenities. We look forward to our next trip!

Adam and Beata’s place was great for our vacation! It’s a very peaceful place with a beautiful yard. It was great for two and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as having snorkels, boogie boards, and beach chairs in case we needed them. We loved our stay!

Veronica’s condo was exactly what we needed to enjoy our Honeymoon in Kauai! The location was our favorite aspect, you could get to each side of the island within an hour and we did so many activities that the location was perfect. The condo itself is exactly as described and the pool and grounds are beautiful. The sunrises from the beach right out front are gorgeous and we really enjoyed all the chickens running around. We would absolutely stay with Veronica again in Kauai.

My wife and I spent a week at Jasmines condo in Princeville, Kauai. The place was perfect for the two of us. The entire complex was quiet and well kept. The condo was very cozy and any issues we had were taken care of immediately. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again.

Amazing stay at Derek's place. First, Derek was able to accomodate an early check-in for us which we greatly appreciated. The space is cozy and clean, with a nice garden/jungle view from the patio. The space comes with some beach chairs, snorkel gear, small cooler and more which really helped with beach trips. Only a quick walk across the street to a small park with a beautiful view. There is a small beach just down the street which was nice as well. Highly recommend Derek and his place. He was super responsive and accommodating. Thanks again Derek!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better spot! The view and time spent on the back patio will be a lifelong memory of ours. The beach gear that was available was super clutch for our days at the beach and a very nice added touch as we didn’t think about that initially. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Hanna’s place had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and grilling utensils and we put all of them to good use. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked and we were pleasantly surprised we had all essentials. There’s tons of storage and the AC and fan ensured we had great sleep all 4 nights. The balcony was a great space to rest after a day of activities. If we get a chance to come back to Kauai, we will definitely be rebooking with Hanna.

This is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed in Kauai; I wish my stay was longer. The proximity from the beach to the main road made getting around so easy, and while being near all the major resorts, I still felt I was in my own home. The inside is beautifully decorated, and I appreciate the reusable water bottles/beach bags available to reduce waste. I cannot recommend a better place to book for a trip in Kauai. This condo is on a great little resort. It is very uncrowded and the beach is just steps away. There is a ton to do and see walking distance from this condo. The ground floor is nice as well.
