Villa holiday rentals in Lika-Senj County

When you enter the House, you feel that you arrived! The hosts are very friendly, polite and give you the good feeling to be welcome! The house is well furnished with a lot of practical equipement in good condition! The sleepingrooms are equal to each other and good eqiuped as well. In the garden you will always find a cool place under one of those trees with a fantastic view over the sea. If it is possible we will come back again and join the relaxing atmosphere and the friendly hotspot! Tanks a lot for being your guests!

Very nice apartment and in a great location

The house was much bigger than expected and all 10 of us had plenty of space. The owners were polite and accommodating and it was perfect stopover after visiting Plitvice national park. We sadly had to leave early next day to continue our trip but if we sayed there longer there would be plenty of space at home and activities in the area to keep us busy for a while :)

A beautiful, quiet spot away from town and close to a great little beach/bay, down the hill from the property. A good sized swimming pool for the warmer days and lots of space for dining outside. There were lots of great places to visit all within a short drive, but we were equally happy to stay by the pool and relax. The property itself is stunning with views out over the sea. I would love to visit again sometime.

We booked the entire house as a group of 13 people and loved it! The location of the house is a dream, the amenities leave nothing to be desired and in particular the view from the terraces and the short walk to the sea accesses were our highlights. The apartment was very clean and the check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very relaxing stay at Villa Olea. It was beautiful and a very short drive to Novalja. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot

We had a perfect Vacation! The house was exactly as described and the hosting was exceptional. Always got fast responses.. The Villa is a perfect place for groups and very calm. You will find everything you need (kitchen supplys are genius) for sure. Its the perfect place to spent time !!!!

The accommodation was wonderful – located right by the sea, with charming restaurants and small shops nearby. We also rented a boat from Marin, which worked out perfectly. Marin was friendly and courteous, and overall we were very happy with our stay. One point of criticism concerns the communication: Before our trip, we contacted the host several times but didn’t receive a response. During check-in, we would have appreciated a clearer and more proactive explanation of when we could arrive and how to access the property. The house offers four rooms, each suitable for two people. An additional guest can sleep on the couch, but unfortunately, there was no bedding provided for it. Despite these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nesa, which is surrounded by nature. The quiet location is perfect for relaxing, but also offers the opportunity to be noisy undisturbed. The house was well equipped and we didn't miss anything – even a karaoke facility and a great barbecue were available! Particularly noteworthy is the extremely nice landlord, who surprised us with great guest gifts such as a regional cheese plate and Croatian beer. Also, there were great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the surrounding area. The hot tub and pool were the highlight! The villa is ideal for small groups or families. The owner was very responsive to our inquiry. The communication was great, so he welcomed us to his villa in a while. The driveway is convenient, there is plenty of room for parking for more vehicles on the premises behind a large, electrically controlled gate. Just below the parking area, by the villa, there is a large terrace with a beautiful large swimming pool. The pool is backlit at night, so we were able to bathe late into the night. It was just great. We were 8 guests, but the place offers space for a few more people. The whole villa is beautiful, newly renovated and well-equipped. The accommodations were new, beautiful and clean. The interior is very warmly decorated and exudes harmony and tranquility. Everything adds to the magnificent sea view directly from the upper apartments. The accommodations were just great. Nothing let us down. Everything was as described and photographed. The landlord is a very kind and helpful person. We can definitely recommend the Opera Villa, and if there's an opportunity, we'll be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. Nadia and Jelena provided us with great support and were always available when we needed something. Recommendable if you want to relax, but also really easy to get to neighbouring towns/festival places. Thank you for bestowing us with an awesome trip.

We found this house to be very practical for six adults, equipped with everything we needed for a fun stay. It's also very spacious - especially loved the roominess of the bathrooms! Air conditions in all the bedrooms were much appreciated during the hot summer nights in the middle of August. And the area is fantastic with the sea so close and a small market within walking distance as well. The town is small and peaceful in comparison with lots of other places on Pag. Eduard is a very personable, accommodating, and likable host. Highly recommend!

Marko is an excellent host. He is professional, always available and very helpful. I would recommend Marko anytime.

We stayed here for one week. The owners where very friendly and nice. It felt a little bit like family. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The property is big enough that you can always find a place to relax in private (at the ocean, sundeck, pool). It was also very nice to chat with Ivans mither and father who are eager to have a chat or a drink together. I also did some fishing from the beach and was able to catch plenty of fish. The water is crystal clear and access is very easy so I would suggest you bring your snorkeling gear. Restaurants are reached by car within 5 Minutes. The apartment was clean, big and had everything we needed including an aircon. We will definitely be back.
