It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. The apartment was beautiful and immaculately clean. The sunset was directly in front of the apartment and you can enjoy watching it from the balcony while also enjoying the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Check in was simple, and the owner gave specific instructions on how to find the apartment and where to park. It's about 5-10 min walk to Rovinj. The bed was very comfortable , with a view of the sea right from the bedroom. What a luxurious experience!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

The apartment matched the pictures and was super well maintained and clean upon arrival. The studio apartment is sufficient for 2 people. You should only be aware that according to the pictures there is no sofa or living room. The existing terrace must be shared if the other apartment is rented, but this is not a problem, as the terrace is large enough. There are plenty of parking spaces around the property and you can always find one. The way to the beach is not far, but you have to be aware that the way back is correspondingly steep uphill.
