Marcelo gave a quiet stay and was always available for service. He sent a link that was easy access to the house. Whenever I requested something, he was ready to answer. Extremely quiet place (as well as the whole village). The space of Érico is really beautiful, cozy and exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots, cups, glasses and dining appliance. The decor is a grace! The bathroom is large and the cottage is very spacious. We like it a lot!

The Property is simply sensational. Soft and clean bedding. All very clean and organized. The cottage is very cozy and all the items are working. Warm water, internet, TV, everything perfect. The stone house, the view from the swing and the waterfall next to it are private, not to mention the beauty and history of the place. Mr. Américo is very attentive and helpful. He kindly introduced us to a beautiful nearby waterfall, providing us with a sensory experience such as hearing the sound of birds, smelling the earth and observing the vegetation. It was worth every minute of the stay.

Adriano was very kind, receptive and helpful to our group (4 people). The house is simple and very comfortable, the beds, the pillows, the blankets, everything is welcoming and clean. The backyard is beautiful, there is a stream that passes through the property and we sleep with that cozy noise of running water. We arrived on the night of 12/26/17 and left on 12/29/17 and we are still delighted with the hospitality of everything and everyone from Ibitipoca and especially Adriano. I leave my recommendation here and for all the people I have been talking about since we returned to São Paulo. Once again thank you very much

Our holiday stay was great ! Easy to find the house , we had at our disposal all the utensils, clean house, very large and spacious . Dona Izabel helped us a lot and Adriano also super requested it on the internet . I recommend super !!

The house is much bigger than it looks, very clean and has everything you need for the stadia. The neighborhood is very quiet, even next to the firm's bar. I felt right at home. Daniel is very thoughtful and kind!

The house is in a place a little further from the village, but Nayara left clear instructions on how to get there and we were able to find it without difficulty. The place is gorgeous, quiet and everything was perfect for our arrival, it was worth the experience too much, note 1000. It is interesting that you go by car, as the foot is a little far from the village and especially from the park, in addition to the fact that in the house there is an easy and flat space to store the car, which made it very easy.

Great place, each bedroom was a suite, plus other bathrooms. Two kitchens, plenty of space for children to play. Great places to take pictures. I was very very satisfied, if the need arises I would definitely stay there again.

The accommodation is great, it's spacious, the pool is a good size, everything is well maintained. For large groups, I recommend bringing disposable plates and cups, we had to take turns at lunch to eat. It was an excellent weekend, I recommend it!

It was an absolutely amazing stay! Lots of nature and tranquility around — and the house has all the necessary structure, super comfortable and perfect for cooking. The region still offers a complete experience: waterfall, cows, horses and puppies to explore and enjoy the real nature. Willian and Mr. Américo were wonderful hosts and made the experience even more special. Mr. Américo showed us the surroundings and was super helpful the whole time. We loved the stay and are already counting the days until the next vacation and being able to come back!

My family and I had a great stay at Bruna's property. The structure of the place is excellent, especially for those traveling in large groups, as there is a house with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen (well equipped) and bathroom and four chalets separate from the main property, which provides greater comfort to guests. The outdoor area is very well manicured and also very charming, with several well-decorated "corners", flowery, with hammocks to lie down and relax. There is a small stream on the property where the children are worth taking. What impressed us most about our stay, however, was the affection and attention given by Mr. Carlos Alberto, Bruna's father, who did everything to make us feel welcome. We can also note the exceptional help provided by William, who helped us during the period of our stay.

It was very nice to stay in Izabel's accommodation. She was very attentive. Comdomínio Bem Familia, with Toy, Gym and Swimming Pool. For those with a child and pet is an excellent place. We thank you for the reception!
