Last week I visited the house with my family. It is a very nice place. The house is quite cozy and the pool is large enough to enjoy it. I liked it because we could play volleyball and fronton as a family. I would like them to give a little maintenance to the ping pong table and foosball, but otherwise everything was amazing. I would definitely come back another weekend!

My family stayed at this home on April 10-18 and we were super impressed with how many different rooms there were and how spacious it felt. Each room had beautiful artwork and tasteful furniture and details. My husband and I shared the large master bedroom and my daughters shared the other bedroom and felt very comfortable. They also enjoyed watching on their own tv at night, as did my husband and I. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed to make full meals. The location is perfect and each morning we heard beautiful bird sounds and we were also a short walk to the malecon or boardwalk.

The atmosphere is super cute and quiet we had a great time. There are many things to do (family games) What I recommend to the host is that they should add toiletries and cleaning tools ( trapitos , toilet paper, bleach, poet, dishwasher,etc.) For those wishing to rent take everything to the minimum ( phosphorus, specerias , water etc, there is no store nearby but if there is a delivery ) Everything else super comfortable, and there are several bedrooms 🫶

We had a beautiful family time, the house is exactly as the photos, very well equipped and clean. We don't need to leave the house as you have everything you need like pool, games like jumping, fulbito, net de volley, pin pon etc.

The apartment is very tidy, clean, a warm environment,it was like being at home..everything nice.. thank you very much Elvia for the attention. The area is very quiet, ideal for those who are going to concerts in Costa 21. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

The place is amazing, quiet, close to the river. 5 minutes by car from shops and restaurants, delivery services arrive The house is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice, both the internal and external areas. The Garden is huge and has many things to do highly recommended

We love staying at Patricia's house. In addition to the amenities of the house, being super cozy, its energy and surroundings have enchanted us. We spent very pleasant days. Cynthia that received us was very kind, giving us all the necessary tips and always responded with agility and kindness. The house is very well located, close to the beach and restaurants. A high point was the flexibility both at check-in and at checkout that allowed us to enjoy our stay in Lima a lot! We'll be back for sure, we really felt at home!
