Holiday rentals with a patio in Lima Province

The place is located in a wonderful part of Lima that is safe and convenient. Grocery store at a walkable distance, ocean view, large terrace with a superb grill. The bed is comfortable, as is kitchen, stocked up with everything you need to cook a decent meal, or make that morning coffee. During our stay, we actually were able to cook some fantastic meals on that kitchen and feel ok while doing that. We all know how tricky cooking on someone else's kitchen can become :) Overall, we loved our stay. Monica is an outstanding host who takes care of you as if you were a part of her own family. We loved Lima, we loved Peru and Peruvian food, but most of all, we loved beautiful Peruvian people and relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Very safe location in Miraflores with a 24 hour security desk. So many restaurants and cafes in the area and very walkable. Daniel was very responsive and gave great tips on what to do, where to eat, etc. Due to Lima’s weather in early June, I would recommend opening the balcony doors as much as possible, due to the general humidity levels, and promote fresh air flow in the apartment (this was also previously communicated to us). There is some street noise from cars when you open the balcony doors but it’s not too bad. Overall amenities in the apartment were perfect for us.

Super cute apartment with amazing views, perfect for solo traveler or two people! The rooftop is definitely the highlight—you get a stunning panoramic view of Lima on one side and a gorgeous beach and pool view on the other. The apartment itself is cozy and cute. The neighborhood is okay- not much happening in the immediate area, but it’s a nice spot if you’re looking for a more relaxed vibe. The host was very accommodating and communicative, which made the stay even smoother.

this place is awesome. Very centrally located. Everything you would ever need in this condo. I couldn't say more about the host. Very responsive, super friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

El mejor lugar para alojarnos , Claudia una excelente anfitriona con un trato muy cordial y amigable, la casa es maravillosa 100 % recomendable. Lleve a mi hijo de un año y amo la casa desde el primer momento , estábamos cerca a restaurantes y una ubicación cerca a todo. El jardín de la casa es una maravilla, volveré muy pronto.

Ambiente tranquilo y privado si lo que buscas es descansar del ruido de la ciudad, fui con mis papás y mis dos perritas, la pasamos bien! El fulbito de mano y la hamaca fueron parte de las cosas que disfruté mucho, pero poniéndome previamente repelente. La anfitriona Anyela siempre amable y atenta a mis consultas.

Excelente casa muy acogedora para grupos grandes, hermoso patio con hermosos árboles y Flores, y una tortuga que causó sensacion a mis niños. 100% recomendada. Todo inmaculado.

Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

La casa es muy linda, tal cual las fotos, el lugar es un poco metido pero vale la pena ir a despejarse de todo, Nikko es muy amable y estuvo al pendiente de cualquier duda, si me dio un poco de miedo el primer día ya que la casa no tiene mucha seguridad, es decir cualquiera podría entrar por el jardín delantero, pero es cierto que nada pasó y el segundo día dormí más tranquila, quizás es la zona que es muy tranquila y me di cuenta que todos se conocían, me hubiera gustado encontrar la piscina un poco más limpia pero entiendo que las hojitas de los arbustos es un poco difícil de controlar …pero eso no le baja estrellas por que a mi familia le encanto la elección, en la casa había un parlante portátil que nos hizo los días más divertidos con música …. La casa tiene mucho jardín y áreas lindas para relajarte, tiene varios detalles hermosos, sin duda volvería a su estadía

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
