Holiday rentals with a patio in Limani Nafpliou

We stayed for a week and loved the place. The teracce is beautiful and you have shade even during a hot day. The flat has everything you need. The location is ideal, in the cenre of the old town, but a bit away from the busiest streets (we were travelling with a baby). Two of the best restaurants in Nafplio are just around the corner, the beach a 10 min walk. The best was the communication with Maria, things were very easy and direct – thanks!

We had a wonderful time staying in Fani’s beautiful apartment. She was waiting for us upon arrival and was incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a nice quiet area, yet only a short walk to restaurants and shops and only a little further to beautiful old Nafplio. We loved the personal touches of fresh fruit and breakfast items, plenty of bottled water (and more!) Thank you; that is so much appreciated. The pool area and rooftop terrace is very nicely furnished, and a great place to sit. We visited ancient Korinthos on the way, which was beautiful, the ancient city of Epidaurus with its huge amphitheatre, and swam over the sunken site nearby too. Sooo much to do and see!

Joanna was very helpful with our trip that had hit many hurdles. Our flight from the US was cancelled with the travel strike, so we ended up being rebooked and arriving after midnight. She was very responsive and helped us get in that late at night (though please plan to arrive earlier if you're not familiar with the area, it would have been a lot easier). It's a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία!Το κατάλυμα ηταν άψογο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ο κ. Κώστας πολυ φιλόξενος και ευγενικός άνθρωπος! Σιγουρα θα επισκεφθούμε ξανα το κατάλυμα!

Μείναμε μερικές μέρες στα μέσα Αυγούστου. Το σπιτι βρίσκεται λίγα λεπτά έξω από το κέντρο του Ναυπλίου κάτι πολύ θετικό, αφού αποφεύγεις την πολύβουη περιοχή και έχεις την ευκαιρία να χαλαρώσεις σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον, χωρίς όμως να είσαι πολύ μακριά. Το σπιτι ήταν άκρως ικανοποιητικό για τις δικές μας απαιτήσεις, άνετο και καθαρό. Επιλέξαμε τις παραλίες που βρίσκονται σε μικρή απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο. Η οικοδέσποινα Μαρία ήταν ευγενική και διακριτική. Σίγουρα θα ήταν στις επιλογές μας σε ενδεχόμενη μελλοντική επίσκεψη στην περιοχή.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Christos. L'appartement est très propre, très bien aménagé, dans un endroit calme et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Christophe a été très réactif par message et attentioné. Nous recommandons ce logement !

התארחנו בנכס כמשפחה – שני זוגות מבוגרים וילדה בת שלוש – ונהנינו מכל רגע! פאני הייתה מארחת נהדרת, זמינה לכל שאלה ודאגה לכל צורך שלנו. המקום עצמו היה נקי, נעים ונוח מאוד, והגינה – מרווחת, מטופחת ופשוט יפהפייה. כל בוקר פתחנו בארוחת בוקר בגינה, וזה היה תענוג אמיתי. השהות כולה הייתה חוויה נהדרת ומרגיעה. אנחנו ממליצים בחום, וכשנחזור לאזור – נשמח מאוד להתארח שוב. תודה רבה, פאני, על האירוח ועל הנכס המושלם שלך!

We hadden een heel leuke vakantie in de Peloponnesos. Heel mooi, schoon en aangenaam huis en zwembad. We voelden ons heel welkom, Nikolaos had eten en drinken voorzien zodat we niet meteen naar de winkel moesten. De villa is ideaal gelegen om de regio te ontdekken. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. Zicht op Nafplio!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Leon's villa, situated in a small village with its own bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy and small convenience store. The house is a 10 minute drive from the charming coastal town of Naplio and a 20 to 40 minute drive to many archelogical sites, including the Archaeological site of Mycenae and the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus. Leon's villa is beautifully decorated, confortable and clean. It is also very private and our daughters loved the pool and fragrant orange trees. Leon was a responsive and accomodating host, taking our booking request at short notice caused by electricity issues at our previous place. I highly recomend Leon's home and would love to visit again.

What a gorgeous space! Every aspect of this stay was amazing. Fantastic, super fast, and very kind communication. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay again—hope to do so! 😊

Very beautiful apartment with a perfect private swimmingpool. Even better than on the pictures. Really lovely hosts how brings us fresh fruits from the own garden. Very nice area with beautiful beaches, nice villages, good restaurants and Greek culture experiences, like an amphitheater. We definitely will come back!

Trop court séjour d’une semaine fin mai, la maison est tellement confortable qu’il était difficile de s’en extraire pour aller visiter les merveilleux sites archéologiques environnants. Merci Sophia pour votre réactivité, les multiples attentions, votre panier d’accueil… La maison est très bien équipée, tout est pensé pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison et la décoration est soignée. Le petit village à 5mn où les commerces sont ouverts avec des amplitudes horaires très larges. En résumé, une adressé à retenir absolument.

We vonden het een ontzettend fijn verblijf! We waren erg op ons gemak. Het is een rustige locatie, maar alles is op loopafstand (het strand en de tavernes). Wij vonden het (met onze jongens van 5 en 8) een groot voordeel dat de tuin ontzettend ruim is (veelvuldig verstoppertje gespeeld ;)). Binnen is alles fijn en netjes. Vooral het contact met Gina was super! Ze is een hele hartelijke host en gaf ons het gevoel dat we erg welkom waren. Veel dank!

The apartment is well positioned to explore the many things Nafplio has to enjoy. The bus station is close by, so you can access many of the ancient sites in the area for a few Euros. Asine at Tolo (with the small cove nearby) and ancient Mycenae were impressive. The bi-weekly farmer's market was an unexpected highlight, a must. The local beach and the many swimming places on the way to Karathona beach are also well worth a visit. All groceries etc.. and excellent baked stuff and fresh fish are on your doorstep and the choice of bars and restaurants is vast. The recommendations we got and the excellent home produced olive oil were great too.

Très bon accueil de la part de Vasiliki, logement confortable et avec tout le nécessaire, nous y avons passé 3 nuits agréables.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung von Nafplio zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl wir Timi nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er immer sofort auf Nachrichten regiert und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, inklusive Restauranttipps. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist fabelhaft gelegen mitten in den Bergen in einem Olivenhain. Der Pool hat die richtige Größe und man sieht das Meer von der Terrasse aus. Nafplio, Mykene und auch das Theater von Epidauros sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Karine und Sascha war immer schnell und unkompliziert.

Ήταν η πρώτη μας φορά στην περιοχή και πραγματικά δεν θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε καλύτερη εμπειρία! Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικός – φιλικός, πρόθυμος και απόλυτα επαγγελματίας. Το σπίτι ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας: πεντακάθαρο, καλαίσθητο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ άνετο. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική για ηρεμία αλλά και κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε σκέφτεται να το επισκεφτεί και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε πολύ σύντομα!”

We had a wonderful five-day stay in the apartment, which was fully equipped and very comfortable. The balcony was a highlight — perfect for breakfasts and relaxing evenings. Everything was in excellent condition, and the thoughtful Easter touch made us feel truly welcome.

We had a wonderful stay in Nafplio and the studio. It was well equipped and outstandingly clean . It was an easy walk from the town centre and everything thing we wanted to see was reachable either on foot or by the very affordable public transport. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, the stupendous views and watching the world on the waterfront and car park below. Thank you for our stay.
