Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Limassol

Panos is an extremely accommodating host, always responding to my messages within minutes. He left us chocolates on the table which was a nice touch and ensured we knew how to check in, whether we wanted him to be there for check in, asked what time we wanted to check out etc. The apartment is very spacious and in a great location. I would definitely stay again, thank you Panos!

Beatiful view and peaceful location, the overall penthouse was clean, only the outside area needs a little bit more improvement. Host was very helpful and quickly responded to our queries! We had an issue with the hot tab, but fortunately we were able to find a technician and resolved the problem!

Great place in a central location, thank you

This is a lovely modern, clean and spacious apartment, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The location is perfect. It is a 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the Molos promenade, and a 15 min walk to the old town. There are also cafes, bars and mini markets all within a short distance. Bar is a great host and very helpful with providing information. The only inconvenience we had was with the car park, which is private but not secure (i.e. anyone can park there without needing an access code or key card etc) We stayed for 4 nights but for 1 day and night, somebody parked in our allocated parking space so we had to park in a nearby residential area instead and walk back.

We had a wonderful few days as Asma’s Ruby suite!! Communication was great, the suite was spotless and so beautifully decorated. It was a perfect mountain retreat, with a gorgeous pool, rustic traditional feel and great options to explore for food and nearby villages. Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Elena, who manages the place, was amazing. She was super responsive, kind, and made everything really easy from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Had a lovely stay at Galateia’s place! Really spacious, private and has a beautiful little garden that felt like our own little oasis. Location is fantastic! Right in the heart of old town and so easy to walk around and explore. The only downside is the late check in and early check out, but other than that I couldn’t fault it! Definitely recommend!

Amazing place, feels like home, like country house. My 3 yo son was totally amused with vintage stuff placed everywhere. There are a lot of experiences which you can get: pool, fire pit, jacuzzi, fire place, local eggs etc. We are definitely going to visit this place again! Thanks a lot for that hidden gem of forest peace!

A very nice and well equipped 3-bed house with a pool. Excellent location, quiet and with a nice view! Really enjoyed the outdoor barbecue-bar area. Would definitely recommend and would come back! Responsive host and easy communication eased our stay.

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa in Agia Varvara while we celebrated our wedding in Cyprus. Eva was so helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood had everything we could have needed at a walkable distance (coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, and pharmacy). We loved this villa and would 100% stay here again!

Mr. Stavros was very friendly, very helpful and responded to all my calls immediately. The house was very clean, in a very good location.

We had the most wonderful time staying at George’s place. It has such a lovely atmosphere and Tochni in general is beautiful. This is a really special cottage in beautiful surroundings. We loved having our morning coffee and evening meal out on the veranda, taking in the view and listening to birdsong! It’s well located to get to the Kalidonia and Millomeris waterfall trails on foot, and the Artemis/Atalante trail as well as some lovely vineyards are a short drive. There’s a good restaurant within walking distance in Platres village. I think some of the comments about the decor here miss the point - in a world of samey greige airbnbs, this is a beautiful well used family home, and while decor is traditional, it’s set up with all the mod cons you could need! The driveway up to the property is a very steep and narrow road shared between multiple properties. Unless you have a four wheel drive and/or are comfortable navigating a hill steeper than surrounding mountain roads, I’d recommend parking at the bottom of the hill - Annie will tell you where!

The apartment had great amenities, was very clean and well located. There is a supermarket right around the corner to do shopping. The landlord had everything I needed ready and was super friendly and helpful. A recommendation for anyone looking for a nice apartment in Limassol!

Spending eight nights in such a wonderful and cozy flat and having a lovely, hospitable and warm-hearted lady like Eleftheria gave me an unforgettable holiday that should be experienced by everyone! Especially clean, tidy and quiet home. I went alone so when Eleftheria was there, her company meant so much fun and we had nice chats too. The location is also great, it's about the middle of Limassol so you can get anywhere quickly and easily either by bus, walk or by car. Eleftheria's dog and cats lifted the mood even more! Highly recommended, you will all love it for sure!

Not too many comments, I liked the apartment, it looks like the photos on the site, what needs to be corrected on my part is that I think the apartment should be cleaned 24 hours before our arrival, the sofa was a little dirty, a little dusty but the rest was good, we had a good stay and I will not hesitate to come back. I can't forget to greet the host for his work and his precise instructions, I didn't have to worry when I arrived because everything was clear.
