Holiday rentals with a patio in Limassol

Definitely an Airbnb worth spending time in! Tony is really responsive and accommodating, helping with operation of the amenities and going out of his way to improve our experience. It's a great space to stay for a good few days so you can enjoy where you stay and cyprus altogether!

The stay at Art Kourion was perfect! The apartment is fabulous: it's beautiful and so well equipped that it really leaves nothing to be desired - and you can see the sea from the beautiful balcony. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment bright, modern and furnished with beautiful art. And Eleni really is a fabulous host: she was always quick to help us with any issue and gave us great tips for the area to explore. She even left homemade pies and wine on our doorstep as a little surprise! She is an absolutely helpful and warm-hearted person - we are already looking forward to our next visit with her! Thank you Eleni for giving us such a lovely stay.

Lovely new apartment well furnished, lots of modern technology. The owner is very responsive and has always been in touch. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The only sad thing is the appearance of the building, which is now under reconstruction and at first it looks frightening. But for us this wasn’t a problem since the apartment is ideal.

We found housing very quickly. The instructions were impeccable. However, the parking was not as described. There was no remote control for the barrier. We left the car in the parking lot next to the house. The apartment matches the pictures. The only downside is that the toilet rim was too small in diameter for the toilet itself. Kat is an absolute star, there's no doubt abt it. She made a good stay into an excellent stay just by being cool and flexible with my booking. She met me in person and guided me to the apartment with concise instructions on accessing the building, apartment and water heater. Super straight forward and as far as away as complex as possible. Read a review where a guest struggled - not sure how as so simple. Also regarding the bed? same reviewer complained but absolutely nothing wrong with it whatsoever. The building from the outside does look something out of the Raid movie so had concerns BUT as soon as I saw the apartment, it was a relief. Looks exactly as listed, spacious, clean and clutter free. Also an AC in every single room! The coolest thing abt the apartment was the view. Top floor of building with a view of the city. Also comes with a balcony off the master bedroom with a place to sit and chill. The apartment is surrounded by bakeries and supermarkets within 5 mins walk

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, comfortable, quiet yet near enough to walk to bars, restaurants, shops etc. Thomas is a great host and very helpful and would definitely return again.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

Amazing far located meditative place. Highly recommended!

This is absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a quiet stay near the beach. This place offers all the tranquility that a busy city can offer. All that while it is only 500 meters walk, and you are in the Mediterranean Sea!! There are 2 large supermarkets within 1 to 2 kilometers walk, and there are plenty of cozy pubs to spend many evenings. We recommend it to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful stay! We'll be back!

The place is really comfortable and peaceful. Also the host has lots of recommendations of plans, restaurants on a book which mades everything easier. The house counts with everything you may need for your staying and more.

We had a fantastic stay with our family! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous view of the mountain and forest —it felt like a peaceful retreat. The location was perfect and made exploring the area easy. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Vouni is a quiet village that is still full of people living there. It host a lot of events and has several restaurants and cafes. The apartments is cozy, convent, well equipped. The bed was wonderful

We had an amazing stay at Matteo Villa! The property is not only beautiful but also incredibly well-equipped — perfect for a comfortable and memorable getaway. We stayed for a special occasion (my 30th birthday 🎉) and it couldn’t have been a better setting! The jacuzzi, infinity pool, and sauna were absolute highlights — such a luxury to have all of that right on site. The garden bar made our evenings feel like our own private resort. Inside, everything was thoughtfully prepared: a water fridge, full kitchen equipment, plenty of towels and even beach towels, which was such a nice touch. The location is stunning — perched above the clouds with the most beautiful sunsets and peaceful views. It felt like a proper escape while still being close enough to everything we needed. The self check-in process was super smooth and easy, and communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. Highly recommended — we’d absolutely love to come back!

❤️Great location - everything is walking distance,which was important for us, Sea is literally 1min away, apartments have their own privacy and fully equiped.We rented this 2floor duplex for 4people ( couples) holidays and had a blast as it had exactly what we needed for nightlifestyle - near by cool clubs/fancy dinning as well as comfy eateries.Could enjoy the terrass with our own music and drinks till early morning - no neighbours is a plus.The host was really nice and showed us around gem places to visit. This place is really unique🔥🔥🔥

Great apartment ideally located. Right near a small quiet beach and close to shops and restaurants so we always had what we needed. Andreas and Marina where excellent at communicating and we’d definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay of several weeks at Constantino and Maria’s apartment. The place is beautifully renovated, modern, and full of natural light. It was also spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Constantino and Maria are super friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The location is also a big plus. I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and one of the better supermarkets. The apartment is well appointed and quite nice. Loutmila was helpful and very flexible, as my plans changed and she was accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.
