The Beach Shack is absolute beach frontage. A 1970's beach shack with all the basics and more. The stocked Kitchen/lounge & main bedroom have sea views. Compact Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed for children. Bathroom accessed from 2nd Bedroom. All linen supplied. Coffee machine, microwave, airfryer. It has a cosy family feel, sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Rate is for 2 adults and children stay free. Pet friendly for a small fee. There is a new fully enclosed/fenced dog yard, enter from back gate.

Karatta Cottage is part of a seaside home built in 1858 for the Jones family to escape the inland heat of the dry Limestone Coast summer. A romantic getaway across from the sparkling waters of Karatta Beach and overlooking Lake Butler Marina, Karatta Cottage is the perfect location for a couples’ getaway. It is full of historic seaside charm and is just as good for snuggling up on a grey rainy day in front of the fire with a good book and glass of wine as it is to enjoy in the summer months.

Lighthouse Keepers' Cottage (1 bedroom)

A dose of fresh sea air is just what you need tranquil sea views quite literally beckoning you from the front door step, a more fitting place to stay on the Limestone Coast cannot be found. Built in 1933 to house the intrepid lightkeepers of the Cape Jaffa Lighthouse. It is just a 7mins walk to the jetty, seafood market, hotel, supermarket and cafes. Best of all you can return home to your beautiful seaside retreat to unwind- just choose a nook and settle in with a book and a glass of wine!

The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. The Tawarri Studio is a beautiful lime stone studio apartment. It has one spacious living area with a lofty vaulted ceiling with a luxury bathroom attached. The Studio is well appointed with aircon, kitchenette, TV, and is nestled on an acre of bushland garden that it shares with the main house. River 2C is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, home with an amazing outlook over the estuary & Glenelg River. Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .
