Welcome to my charming townhouse located in the middle of the 13th-century village of Apricale, 2 minutes from the village Piazza. The house is built on a hill. Three floors with kitchen at the bottom, living room on the middle floor with sofa bed and exit to balcony, at the top beautiful bedroom with wonderful view from French balconies. Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco is an idyllically located mountain village in Liguria. Even the journey through lush olive groves is a great pleasure. The production of olive oil shapes the entire village life. A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.

C era una volta in un piccolo villaggio immerso nella pace e tra gli ulivi ,una casetta in pietra. Al piano terra una mangiatoia, al primo piano un fienile ed un essicatoio. Sono passati 300 anni e la casetta è ancora lì, interamente ristrutturata con le comodità moderne ma con il cuore in un passato fuori dal tempo. Terrazza soleggiata dove prendere il sole in totale privacy e patio dove mangiare al chiaro di luna. Da vivere al fresco in estate o al caldo in inverno con la persona che ami.

6 camere con bagno privato in stanza, salone ed una grande cucina vi attendono per regalarvi la possibilità di vivere giornate indimenticabili. A due passi dalle Langhe-Patrimonio dell'Unesco vi attendono cibo e vini superlativi. Piste da sci vicinissime! Nella bella stagione, sentieri per camminate nel verde o gite in mountain bike partono proprio sotto casa. Una vallata soleggiata e dolcissima vi permetterà di immergervi nella natura poco lontano da tutte le comodità della città.

Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

In the heart of Alta Langa, a UNESCO heritage site, CASA VITTORIA, located in the center of Feisoglio, is a great starting point for bike rides, walks in the countryside and food and wine tours. Arranged on two floors, it consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Entirely in Langa stone, the house overlooks the garden from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Monviso. Ideal location for reaching Alba, home of the truffle fair.
