Lucinasco is an idyllically located mountain village in Liguria. Even the journey through lush olive groves is a great pleasure. The production of olive oil shapes the entire village life. A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.

C era una volta in un piccolo villaggio immerso nella pace e tra gli ulivi ,una casetta in pietra. Al piano terra una mangiatoia, al primo piano un fienile ed un essicatoio. Sono passati 300 anni e la casetta è ancora lì, interamente ristrutturata con le comodità moderne ma con il cuore in un passato fuori dal tempo. Terrazza soleggiata dove prendere il sole in totale privacy e patio dove mangiare al chiaro di luna. Da vivere al fresco in estate o al caldo in inverno con la persona che ami.

Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with walk-in rain shower, large living area, cozy dining corner, complete kitchen. Splendid view over the vineyards of Langhe-Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with no overtourism. Close to Alba, Barolo and everything else you may visit while being in the area, including fine restaurants and famous wine producers.

Nella bella stagione, sentieri per camminate nel verde o gite in mountain bike partono proprio sotto casa. Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

The Gîte du Leiodes, with an area of just over 100 m² on three floors, is located in the hamlet of Blaquet, at the end of a small dead-end road in a quiet and peaceful environment, surrounded by mountains. We renovated this barn with all our love using exclusively refined and warm materials. You can relax by the stove or in the duo spa while tasting the products of our valley. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
