I wanna start off by saying Heather was a great host. The house looked brand new inside, and is very spacious. For the most part the house was very clean. Only issue was dirty wash cloths and could have used more towels for our stay. The bathrooms needed hand towels. If you are a light sleeper, try taking the back bedroom the front bedroom you hear a lot of street noise. Also note if you’re going to book this property, it does have a large amount of steps up to the bedrooms.

My husband and I are fortunate to live on the other side of Lake Norman. We recently hosted our three adult daughters, their husbands, and our grandchildren for an extended weekend. It was incredible to have everyone gathered in one spacious home. Each of the four couples enjoyed either a king or queen bed, while our toddlers had a great time in the bunk bed room upstairs. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful kitchen items, including cling wrap, baggies, seasoning mixes, and even coffee with K-Cups, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other places we've stayed. Additionally, it had all the life jackets we needed for both adults and kids, and we had a blast jumping on and off the huge lily pad!

Giovanni was an incredible host. Very responsive, friendly, and outgoing. The home was a perfect place for my family and friends to gather from several points of this country. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a lake getaway vacation. In addition, I also recommend if you need a boat to look up boat rental company Lake Norman Stay and Play. Our family gets together every year for a family vacation. We chose this lake house for its location as well as the fact that it had so many things to keep us busy, regardless on how the weather turned out. We loved the kayaks and the fact that multiple were provided. The access to the lake was amazing so we could fish any time. The home is beautifully decorated, so much attention to detail. The home provides board games for your family, floats for the pool, speaker for music poolside, among many other things. We loved roasting marshmallows at the fire pit overlooking the lake. The kids never complained about lack of things to do. We especially loved playing darts. It was such an amazing home that it got all of the kids off of electronics. We had an issue with the water and John was super responsive and fixed it right away. He was so responsive. The home is only minutes away from a large shopping center as well as a boat rental company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our stay at Chris Lauren's lakehouse was wonderful. A group of us were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday and she had a blast! It is a HUGE house and it easily handled our group which varied in number depending on the day/night, but peaked at 11. We spent as much time as we could on the lake - boating, tubing, swimming, fishing and relaxing. We brought our pontoon boat, which fit perfectly into the covered slip. The house itself, besides being huge, was super clean and well stocked! Loaded with "smart house" upgrades and plenty of extras that made our stay extra fun! After a day on the lake the group had a ton of fun playing darts and shuffleboard. The hosts were extremely helpful and easy to work with and more than accommodating with some last minute weather interruptions. They really were too kind and we so appreciated their hospitality.

I like it there just for one night things were cleaned, they responded on time,and also was friendly.I felt like I was home away from home neighbors were cool invited to talk to us, the location is a different vibe with the trees and very peaceful.

I’d definitely stay here again! Savannah was very responsive and helpful when my plans were potentially in flex due to winter weather. The place is very clean and well decorated. I loved the kitchen! It’s large, has new appliances, & all the basic cookware needed. There was even a crockpot (I love crockpots on busy days)! We didn’t use the gas fireplace or Blackstone grill available but those are nice amenities to have. There are two driveways. The one to the left of the house is best for taking you right up to the back door where you enter the house from. The driveway on the right has a nice carport. You’re close to the local hospital, grocery stores, places to eat & park. Not a far drive to Lake Norman and other cities.

Kathryn was so helpful and immediately responsive. We locked ourselves out one late night. She got up out of bed and got us right in. The pool was wonderful so many rafts, kids toys for my 6 yr old granddaughter to use. We used the pool two full days. My husband, daughter, granddaughter and myself in the area for a wedding. The apt worked well for the four of us. Highly recommend this place, great price too. Thank you Kathryn.

Perfectly outfitted, immaculate, plenty of space with a lovely large sitting area overlooking g the lake. So peaceful, just perfect. Only one restaurant to walk to and we could only access the lake because of the freedom boat club, but otherwise there is no public access for swimming that we could find.

WONDERFUL. Mark and Kimberly really set the bars with the home and communication! They were quick to respond always helpful! The home was beautiful it was just what we needed! We were only 15 min from downtown Morganton but still got to experience the mountains with the location. 10/10 we will definitely be booking again!

I had such an amazing time at this Airbnb. My family and I spent a whole day simply hanging out by the pool. We had everything we needed.

We loved our stay at the barn loft. It was the perfect, cozy little weekend getaway. Really loved feeding the animals. It was the perfect place for our two big pups and they appreciated the treats and poops bags! We will be back!

Dawn's place was the perfect stay for my husband and I! It was our first time in Charlotte and we were visiting for a concert at the PNC music pavilion, so it was the perfect spot for us. Such a gorgeous, cozy space and the location was exactly what we needed. We can't wait to visit Charlotte again and we're definitely going to try to stay there again when we do! 10/10 experience, for sure (:

We had the best time! Amazing house and host. The heated pool and fenced in backyard were perfect for enjoying family time. The entire house was very clean and organized with everything we needed. The host was extremely proactive with communications and responsive for the few things we needed. Highly recommended!

Alex's home was absolutely perfect! It's located in a beautiful neighborhood with adorable homes and sidewalks. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The home is even prettier in person, and sooo spacious. Alex is extremely attentive, and a genuinely amazing host. I recommend this gorgeous home to everyone and we look forward to staying here again!

Great location near Lake Norman. The home was very clean, with comfortable linens and good AC. Friendly people and dogs live in the neighborhood. Matt was a very responsive host.

We found it to be a cozy, quiet area, with gas stations, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. very close by. I also loved the hospitality of the owners, as I contacted them twice for text messages, to which they responded quickly. I definitely recommend this place; it's very clean, and you'll find all the basics you need to spend a few days relaxing in a safe and very clean place. My family and I will definitely stay there again when we return to North Carolina.

Place worked perfect for my stay!

We had a very nice stay while in town for a wedding. The house is in walking distance to downtown which was great for being able to explore the area, restaurants, etc.. The hosts responded to any questions in a timely manner and were so accommodating in bringing our one pet. There was a slight misunderstanding with the parking as we were under the impression from the listing and previous communication there would be two parking spots available. Unfortunately there was only one spot for our family due to another guest needing the second space, so 2 of our 3 vehicles had to park elsewhere. This was not a major inconvenience as the additional parking was a very short distance (maybe a block) from the house and in a safe place. If I am an ever in the need of housing in the area again I’ll be sure to book this property!

We had a wonderful stay! House was clean and had everything we needed. Location was good (it’s right off a main road and Apple Maps wouldn’t route us properly so be aware of that) but we were able to find it. Could use a few upgrades (dining table & chairs, dishwasher, beds) but was good for what we needed. Would stay here again when in town visiting family.

We were in town for a wedding- we have never been to the area, but the home was close to where the wedding would be held. The place was perfect for the weekend- super clean, very comfortable, updated and easy to get to. It felt very homey and comfortable to stay at for a weekend of on the go wedding festivities to attend!

I wanted to book the rv camper but it wasn’t available, so Eimy suggested an apartment right on her property. The place was cute, comfortable, spotless clean, had all essential, and it was right on Vale NC. I have friends who live in vale and it’s hard to find a place nearby most of the time I have to drive into the nearby cities which is at least a 30 minute drive. Thanks Eimy the apartment is a great Airbnb.
