Holiday rentals with a patio in Lincoln

We had an awesome stay, it was a college girls reunion. It poured cats and dogs, but it didn’t matter, cause we sat around and drank tea and knit, and it was awesome. The accommodations were better than pictured, and it was just fantastic.

Perfect Airbnb. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, piano, book collection, and giant tv ensured we were never bored. The view was incredible, it felt like we were in a movie. The hosts answered very quickly whenever we had a question, and they also ensured we had a lot of privacy, which was really appreciated. 10000/10! I would stay here again and again and again. No complaints at all.

Shirley is a wonderful host! Very thoughtful, and her place is sparkling clean and well-organized! The location is perfect! I highly recommend Shirley’s place if you’re visiting Lincoln ^_^

Great location for skiing, basically on the mountain. Space was cozy and the double bathrooms helped. It's very close to downtown as well and the building's amenities are a nice touch!

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

My first visit to NH & fell in love with the weather. Cute little upstairs home & perfect location which we didn’t have to travel far for Berlin’s HS graduation. Weather was awesome, we used ceiling fans & had doors open while watching a movie in comfortable living room, washer/dryer was convenient. Thanks so much!

Bright open space in a peaceful, safe location. Felt at home. Teens enjoyed the pool area and rec room/pool tables. Condos are a little dated but are well cared for and tastefully decorated. This unit had an updated kitchen along with a well appreciated washer/dryer. Host was extremely responsive and gave clear, accurate directions and provided helpful tips. Checkout/departure was a breeze. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

Absolutely awesome location! 1:00 PM check-in was great. We were able to drop our stuff off and walk a quick 5 minutes into town. Joseph was a very proactive and friendly host. We will definitely stay here again.

Devin’s place was the perfect weekend getaway for my fiancé’s birthday! The cabin was very cozy & cute. Our favorite was the wood burning stove to heat the place! Gorgeous views of the woods behind. It was exactly what we were looking for! I recommend Devin’s place!

My family and I had a wonderful visit to Taylor‘s place in Lincoln, New Hampshire. The neighborhood is adorable and walking distance into town. The backyard is the perfect oasis for relaxing after a day of hiking. The beds are very comfortable and the decor is updated and welcoming. Taylor has put together a very helpful guide with information about the house, local attractions, and recommended restaurants that was very helpful. He reached out several times during your stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. We are looking forward to our next trip back and will stay with Taylor again

Everything was exceptional. Pristine premises with lots of room. Beds were cozy, bathrooms spotless. Everything you could think of was readily available. We did not use the pool and facilities but looked very nice. Easy to find and the property provides ample privacy. Amazing and if in the area would rent again.

One of the nicest houses that I’ve ever stayed at! Some friends and I had an incredible night sitting by the fire, and then a perfect morning making some breakfast in the incredible kitchen. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

Stayed there for two nights, the house was very easy to find nice amount of parking for multiple vehicles. When we got inside the house there was a nice basket of waters cookies and a bottle of wine. Very nice touch. The beds were all comfortable. The hot tub was nice. Overall a great host very easy to communicate with and always answered my messages. Great spot if you have a wedding to go to at the owls nest super close but far enough away to feel like you can relax. Would definitely stay again

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the Conway area or would like to explore all that this area has to offer. Very easy to get to and it’s in a perfect location with great views.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!

Had a nice stay for a few days, easy access to North Conway, pool was a nice plus, would return!

Kimberly’s place was perfect for 2 couples, ski getaway. The shuttle picks you up right outside the front door to bring you the mountain! Comfortable, clean, and had everything you would need. Highly recommend!

It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.

This was the perfect spot to stay if you're looking to explore the Whites! Cozy, clean, and walkable to town.
