This house feels like you are out in the wilderness while the 10,000 square-foot amenity centre provides all the comforts of a resort. 2 pools, hot tubs, kids room, gym, library, games & theatre room, tennis and basketball courts and a children's play area. There are 3 sleeping areas: bedroom on main, 1 upstairs & a loft area. Each floor has a full bathroom. There is a large deck with a gas fire table on it.

H176056871 This is a beautiful newly renovated house just steps away from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with plenty of space for family and friends. It has an outdoor space to bbq and to sit around a fire in the front. Quiet time is 11 pm. I will consider pets. There are 4 cameras on the property. 2 in the front and 2 in the back. They do not record sound. They are there solely for protecting our property when vacant. 25-395-050

Our log home was built to replicate historical buildings in BC with a roof line borrowed from Quebec. The main floor is an open concept with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. I have a clawfoot bathtub but do not have a shower. The back yard is large and fenced for kids and a dog to enjoy. Bring your own wood if you want to use the fire pit. Bring pods if you want to use the Keurig or Nespresso.
