At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

Many nice beaches nearby. Two SUP boards are included in the rent, can be launched right below the house. Boat can be rented, for single days or the entire stay.

Relax alone or with good friends or the whole family in this peaceful place in beautiful surroundings with lots of hiking opportunities. The cabin is small and charming, but very rich in content. With its three terraces in the outdoor area, you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. Swimming pool in the garden and several beaches nearby. Grocery store and bakery with delicious baked goods and farm sales are located 400 meters from the cabin. It is not without reason that this place is called "Perlå i Agder". Welcome! 😊

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Det er strand og bryggeanlegg rett foran hytta og ferskvann med badeplass og strand 80 m bak hytta. Man kan kjøre helt fram til hytta og det er 4 parkeringsplasser. Mulighet for å leie båt.

Welcome to us! New funky house from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the lake. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. Towels (1 large + 1 small) and bed linen are included in the price, and the beds are made upon arrival. 2 parking spaces. There is a large terrace to the west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.
