Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Family and friends will enjoy this cozy little cottage. My slice of heaven is a large wooded lot with mature trees. In summer, you can enjoy Kayaks, Paddle board, Pedal boat and fishing will also be on the agenda with several species of fish including largemouth bass, Pike, walleye,... (Little tip, they stay close to the dock...) Snowmobile trail (FCMQ) a short walk away. Mountain bike trail also nearby. Guaranteed fun for everyone 🫶
