The accommodation is located just outside Linköping among horses and fields. In the guest area, there is a large room with a 140 cm bed, dining area, and simple cooking facilities. The room has a toilet with shower and wood-fired sauna. Outside the room, there is a small patio with barbecue in a nice garden. Sheets and towels are not included. Cleaning not included. Unfortunately, the toilet door cannot be closed during the summer. On the property, there is a Border Collie, two orange cats, muscovy ducks and chickens. 1.5 km to the swimming area, Svartån.

This unique two-story house from 1901 is centrally located in Linköping, with a 10-minute walk to the Cathedral and Stora Torget. 50 meters from the house, there is a grocery store and the town's famous 50s-style pastry shop/bakery that opens early. The house has a private entrance, with a bedroom upstairs and a kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Feel free to have breakfast and coffee in the garden, as it is fenced and peaceful with fruit trees and flowers. Double bed for 2 people, with the possibility to add a mattress for a third person.

Possibility of outdoor swimming right below the accommodation. 700 meters to public transportation/commuter train within Östergötland. 500 meters to a pizzeria. 5 km to Norsholm Marina at the Göta Canal, with a shop, café, restaurant. 15 km to Norrköping. The guesthouse is located on a villa plot near the main building, with its own patio. The house has a double bed 160 cm and a mattress in the loft. To the loft it is a steep staircase. (Best suited for 2 adults and possibly 1 child)

Welcome to our small newly renovated "compact-living" house in Borensberg. The house is very small but very charming, and all the amenities are available. From the pavilion located next to the house, you have a view over Göta hotel by the unique Göta canal environment. The house is best suited for 2 adults or a small family. Parking outside the house and access to garden. Close to large swimming area, restaurants, grocery stores, bike and kayak rentals. There are nice walking and cycling paths along the canal and the lake.
