A functional 36-square-meter apartment (incl. kitchenette, glazed balcony, bathroom + sauna) on the 1st floor of an apartment building in a quiet area about 1.5 km from the center of Nokia. Parking space in the yard (A4). Double bed in the bedroom. TV. In the kitchen, a coffee maker, microwave, stove and dishes are at your disposal. Coffee and tea are also available. Note: Due to cleaning, check-in is at 6 pm at the earliest! The key is behind a code lock, so the arrival time is according to your schedule from 6 pm. 9 steps to the apartment. No smoking!

The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

Mökille on syksyllä 2025 rakennettu maisemakota. Myös ulkovalaistus on uusittu ja nyt käytössäsi on Philips Hue -valaistus, jolla saat kirkkaan valkoisen tai vaihtoehtoisesti kauden teeman mukaisen valaistuksen koko ulkoalueelle. Mökkiin on lisäksi uusittu kaikki keittiön koneet (mm. induktioliesi ja kiertoilmauuni).

Sauna and shower facilities are located at the other end of the villa with direct access to the terraces, jacuzzi and along the wooden path to the pier. Note! Compact cottage for family use with almost all modern amenities. 30 min drive from Tampere. The main cabin sleeps 2 adults (+2 children) and the barn sleeps 2 more people. A glazed terrace with a direct view of the magnificent sunset guarantees very atmospheric evenings without mosquitoes, which are otherwise hardly on the plot. For children, a trampoline and a large lawn for yard games. Quiet, shallow beach. The property is not intended for parties. We welcome visitors ourselves.
