Frédéric was very welcoming, the accommodation was new and very clean. We had a great weekend and the kids loved the large garden and the heated pool. The game room offers a multitude of activities: foosball, board games, TV area, etc. We'll be happy to go back!

A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the swimming pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. We had an unforgettable stay as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful, set in peaceful surroundings that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The pool was fantastic – a real highlight for all of us. Communication with our host was quick and friendly throughout. One of the standout experiences was the wonderful champagne tasting organised by Vincent – personal, informative, and so enjoyable. The fact that the whole house is on one floor made it perfectly accessible for my disabled father, which we truly appreciated. We would love to come back someday!

Very nice house , tastefully decorated. I have already rented a lot of houses but have never had the opportunity to have a rental house so clean and so complete with everything one could need. It feels like home. I would highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

We had a lovely stay at this house. Everything went very well, the accommodation was as advertised, clean and pleasant. Too bad the weather wasn't good, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we would have liked. But it's still a very nice place that I recommend!

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

Hello, we had a pleasant stay. Access to the accommodation is very simple. There is space in the street to park the car. The garden is very well maintained, large and very relaxing the house is perfect, very practical. the air conditioning upstairs was also a good surprise given the heat this weekend! We very much enjoyed our stay in Michèle's chalet. A very pleasant space in a quiet environment. Within walking distance of shops and a restaurant. A little further than expected from the lake Lac d'Orient, about 20 minutes walk. Michèle is also a very attentive, friendly hostess. We definitely recommend this stay :-)

We had a lovely stay at Marie and Hanno's house. The house had a nice authentic ambiance and was so quiet and peaceful :) We checked in later than expected, but that wasn't a problem for Marie and Hanno who waited to show us around even late at night. The house was bigger than expected, with a lovely garden and a nice equipped kitchen and bathroom, and enough space to park your car. We got some complementary (Belgian ;)) beers in the fridge, which was very nice! Just one minor improvement: not all guests wash their dishes as well (apparently), which made some of the dishes in the cabinet really dirty. This also caused the downstairs floor to smell a bit funky unfortunately. The bed was also a bit small, but definitely not a big problem for us - just good to know! The area was beautiful and quiet, with a bakery a couple of minutes away. Tip: visit Provins while you're there, it's definitely the prettiest village around!

A very good stay, clean and well-equipped house. Very close to the Troyes outlet for shopping without the stress of going back and forth. The Spa is nice and warm with a bay window area that allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the garden even in bad weather. Amelie is very responsive and the arrival and departure are very well explained.

We had a great time in this house at the back in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is very well located in relation to Nigloland and Lake Orient We recommend this property.
