Best kept secret in Sintra! This was my fourth trip to Sintra and Carlos and Madalena’s place was beyond magical! Beautiful, serene location, peaceful and quiet, perfectly comfortable in every way! I worked remotely while there and the internet was super fast and the apartment perfectly equipped with everything one could need - including a Nespresso machine! (I wasn’t sure so I brought a portable one from home!) Carlos and Madalena were wonderful hosts, and I look forward to returning again soon! There is not a better, more beautiful, nor more ideally suited location in all Sintra! Thanks for an exceptional stay! Super easy walk down to the historic center. Evening cocktails next door at Palacio Seteais was a wonderful treat. Grocery and food delivery via Uber Eats was super easy, and many great restaurants and attractions within walking distance! 12 days was not enough! PS - for anyone visiting Sintra - Pastelaria Gregorio’s Broas de Mel (Honey Cookies) are NOT to be missed!!!

I very much loved staying at this location, beautifull place with amazing view of the lovely garden and the trees and very cosy flat with everything I needed , the host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it

Very good experience overall. Renato was always really nice and flexible to our needs. We arrived at the place late at night due to a plane delay and we had no problem with the check-in!

Très beau logement dans la végétation, charmante terrasse, très bien situé et cosy. Nous avons été accueillis par 2 personnes adorables et nous recommandons ce logement !

The place was very quiet, with a nice garden area. We didn’t even feel that the owner’s family was living upstairs, since we didn’t hear any noise at all. We had all the amenities needed, and slept very well in comfy beds. The fact that we were allowed to use the parking inside the house was very handy. The communication with Angelina was very easy and she responded promptly to our questions. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Lisbon and Cascais/Sintra areas.

indications for the check-in were clear. We found the apartment extremely clean, and also very pleasant to stay in. The bedroom is separated from the kitchen by curtains, so it's bright early morning in the room. And if there are noisy guests that come back at night it is highly likely to hear them unfortunately. Overall, we felt very lucky to have found such a nice apartment for our time in Lisbon. highly recommended!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à Sintra. Le logement était tout simplement parfait, situé dans une rue calme et agréable. L’appartement était propre, confortable et conforme en tous points à l’annonce. L’hôte a été exceptionnelle : très accueillante, disponible et d’une grande gentillesse. Elle m’a même envoyé de super recommandations pour découvrir les environs. L’arrivée était très flexible, ce qui a grandement facilité mon voyage. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir ! Merci pour tout !

Excellent séjour chez Bernardo et Patricia. De notre arrivée jusqu’à notre depart une communication fiable, chaleureuse et ayant répondu à tous nos besoins. Leur appartement est de tout confort, bien agencé et spacieux. Le plus pour les attentions et petits cadeaux pendant notre séjour. Très belle rencontre pour un bon séjour au Portugal à 30 minutes de Lisbonne et de pleins d’autres endroits à visiter.Avoir une voiture sur place est un plus. Nous recommandons fortement. Abrigado

Un lugar tranquilo, fiel a la descripción en el anuncio, y el anfitrión FELIPE, una persona muy ambale, muy atento y siempre dispiesto a ayudar. Nos brindo la información de sitios de interés, recomendando servicio trasporte público, de mucha utilidad. Fue una estancia muy agradable.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Sandra und Helder sind unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen und die Kommunikation war die ganze Zeit schnell und einfach. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und vereinfacht einem mit Strandstühlen und einem Sonnenschirm sogar die Strandbesuche. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :))

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt bei Laura und Ben. Die Unterkunft liegt Fakt in der Nähe von unzähligen goldigen Cafés und tollen Restaurants. Man ist ganz schnell in Sintra und von dort aus auch in Lissabon. Man teilt sich Pool und Terasse mit den Gästen des Haupthauses.

The house was well equipped and had all the amenities. Just to inform, at night, cars go by and the light goes through the gaps in the curtains, also no oven/microwave but just the stove is enough for simple meals. Location is nice but without a car it's not too accessible to the main city if you want to go out at night. Minimarket and restaurants nearby are good quality but a bit overpriced depending on the product, luckily for short stays the minimarket has a nice selection of individual products like butter and some coffee products.

A wonderful place and a great host — very quiet and peaceful, perfect for those who value comfort and tranquility. Very close to the ocean. Highly recommended!

O espaço da Sara e Jeremy é maravilhoso. Muito acolhedor, limpeza impecável, cheirinho maravilhoso por toda a casa, a decoração com muito bom gosto. A cozinha fez-nos lembrar as casas de Santorini! As camas eram muito confortáveis! Gostámos que a televisão tivesse sessão de Netflix disponível para os hóspedes, e podemos aproveitar um bom filme na sala. A Sara e o Jeremy foram muito atenciosos e estiveram sempre disponíveis para qualquer dúvida. Já para não falar dos animais que eram uns amores! A piscina é espetacular, apanha sol todo o dia e apesar de parecer pequena, é suficiente para podermos refrescar-nos nos dias mais quentes. O pátio privado foi ótimo para podermos tomar o pequeno almoço e almoçar ao som dos passarinhos. O jardim estava sempre imaculado, o Jeremy de manhã tratava de o arranjar. Gostámos muito de Azeitão e iremos com certeza voltar em breve!

La estancia fue muy agradable, la casa está perfecta, el barrio muy bueno. Cerca al supermercado, cerca de la estación de tren para diferentes puntos, recomiendo.

Värden var mycket trevlig och välkomnande. Vi har trivts så bra. Stort tack till Simoës och vi kommer definitivt att bo där nästa gång.

Very good location, very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was super comfy. Only con would be that it's a bit noisy from the other apartments and the staircase, but i guess it's because it's an old building.

Vasco’s place was a great location and easy to find. Vasco was very good at communication and answering any questions we had. Would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished (especially the art is just stunning) and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect – quiet and perfect for me to work and yet still central, near the coast and lisbon was perfectly to reach as well as by car or by bus. I especially want to highlight the hospitality – Joanna was super friendly, helpful, and always available if I had any questions. She offered me some food because i came on a day an electric shutdown day, where it was more than chaotoic in the city, she gave me extra towls when my friends came over and she fixed problems immediately. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Highly recommended!

Cool and historic place. It's private and is surrounded by a walled in garden. It is on a busy street at the location. The host was very responsive with any questions that we had. The tower has beautiful views of Esteril. It's in a tree line neighborhood close to the beach. And is a short walk along the promenade to Cascais.

I had a great stay in this single room, everything was clean and modern. As expected, the room (#5) and en-suite bathroom are cozy-sized for one person only, but it was functional. The room is on the top level of a three story townhouse, which has been converted into 14 rooms (#3-8 are upstairs). Be aware that there are a lot of steps to climb from the street level. There is a window that opens up to the backyard (#4-6), which is quiet. The bed was comfortable and the roller blind ensures that you can sleep well in the early morning. I met Licinio during my stay, he was friendly and always responsive, and all the staff working there were quiet and considerate. The location is good depending on your priorities, for me it was great to be 20 minutes walking distance from the Oriente train station.
