What an exceptional stay in the heart of Zona Romántica! The apartment was not only spacious and beautifully designed, but also offered breathtaking open ocean views that we enjoyed every day. Its location is perfect—surrounded by fantastic restaurants both in town and along the beach, all within easy walking distance. The highlight was undoubtedly the rooftop infinity pool—absolutely stunning and likely the largest in town. With 360-degree views of the ocean and city, it was the perfect place to relax any time of day. You truly can’t ask for a better rooftop experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We were warmly welcomed by the staff with a bottle of wine, and the 24/7 reception added an extra layer of convenience and security. A luxurious and memorable stay—we can’t wait to come back! I've stayed before and would stay again! The home has the perfect Mexican charm with a great view that's centrally located to great restaurants and the Malecon. Eva, as always is super welcoming and makes you feel at home with helpful/local recommendations.

Our stay at Alexanders place was great. Lovely views, all the things you need and a beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed it. There are a lot of hill around, which we didn't mind but it something people should be aware of. We loved being able to walk to the beach and all the surrounding restaurants.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared and felt instantly welcoming. The space is bright, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The rooms are large, the beds are super comfortable, and we slept so well every night. Waking up to the ocean view was a highlight. Anhai was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. She made everything easy and stress-free. Outside, the view is stunning and the whole place is quiet and peaceful. We loved having coffee on the terrace and just listening to the sound of the waves. The resort amenities were also excellent—clean, well-maintained, and convenient. It was a truly memorable stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

This unit has beautiful ocean bay views, and the sunsets were amazing! The place accurately matches the photos and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It is in a busy neighborhood so there is plenty to do within a short walk in all directions. While the frameless sliding glass doors are nice for views, there was noticeable street noise at night that might be a consideration for light sleepers. The building lobby and roof terrace are a nice experience, and roof top pool is a superb place to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you!

Amazing place, grear condo and excellent people at place.

A fantastic place, it's very close to the beach and the pool on the seventh floor is amazing. We also liked that there was someone at the reception 24/7. We'd be happy to come back!

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problem

I've stayed at a lot of rentals, and this was by far the best. Alejandra was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. The location and view are amazing! I would have loved to stay longer. If I'm ever back in the Punta Mita area, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

The condo was great! We loved the view from the rooftop pool!!! It’s in a wonderful location to walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. The romantic zone area is very lgbtq friendly if that’s what you are into this is a perfect place for you.
