The apartment is on the ground floor of the family house, right in the center of Třebenic. Don't look for romantic views from the windows of the surrounding hills, but a well-equipped cozy base for your trips to the surrounding area, with all civic amenities at hand. Shared entrance to the house with the owners, who live with their family on the two upper floors. From the hallway, there is a private entrance to the apartment, from which there is also an entrance to the common garden, on the first floor. Total 65 m2 (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen). Opened in 06.2019. Outdoor seating by the shared pool.

Tiny house "In the meadow under the hill"

On the meadow below the Ronov hill in the village of Stvolínky you will find our cottage, a former caravan. Come and breathe in the nature, run in the morning dew and in the evening enjoy endless romance under the stars and long contemplation by the fire. During the day you can wander the surrounding trails between the ponds or take a train trip. On the very border of the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area and not far from the Bohemian Uplands Protected Landscape Area, you will have a lot of tourist destinations just a stone's throw away.

Come and relax in our caravan on the farm in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Czech Highlands. Stop time, take a break from the daily hustle and bustle and recharge your batteries in a quiet rural environment. Our caravan offers everything you need – in winter you will be warmed by the fireplace, in summer you will enjoy the shade of deciduous trees. If you want, you can participate in our farming life. You will taste fresh goat cheese, prepare homemade eggs for breakfast and go for a walk around Kletečná.

Luxury renovated barns with private wellness

A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

Hockehof

Staré selské stavení odkazuje na místní tradiční architekturu. K domu náleží opravdu velký pozemek s množstvím zeleně a ovocnými stromy. Ze zahrady je krásný výhled na kopce Ronov a Vlhošť. Památkově chráněný dům se nachází na návsi obce, má ale uzavřený dvůr, a proto nabízí náležité soukromí a absolutní klid. Na návsi teče potok a nachází se zde dětské hřiště. Janovice jsou historickou vesnicí, která je dodnes na oválném středověkém půdorysu a celá obec je vesnickou památkovou rezervací.

V tomhle ubytování je dostatek místa na zábavu všeho druhu pro celou rodinu a přátele. Rozlehlá zahrada, trampolína pro děti, místo k opékáni. Statek byl rekonstruován s důrazem na zachováni jeho historie. Příjemné prostředí lázní vybízí k procházkám i posezení. V okolí příležitosti pro výlety jak za památkami tak i přírodou. Skvělá dostupnost do Prahy (cca 30 min.), Říp, České středohoří, Kokořínsko. České Švýcarsko, Krušné hory, Litoměřice, Úštěk, Terezín, Žatec... a mnoho dalšího.

Ráno vás probudí jen zpěv ptáků z okolního lesa. Chalupa se nachází na okraji lesa v malé obci Lbín - Hlinná v srdci Českého středohoří, na oploceném pozemku se zahradou, rybníkem a potůčkem. Pronajímá se jako celý dům a je vhodná pro hosty, kteří hledají klid, soukromí a pobyt v přírodě. Nenajdete zde ruch města ani sousední domy - místo je ideální pro pomalé tempo, odpočinek a ticho. Chalupa leží přibližně 5 km od Litoměřic a nabízí možnost výletů po okolí Českého středohoří.
