This is a cultural monument from the end of the 18th century. Most often we rent a villa for weddings, events, team building or other celebrations. The capacity of the accommodation is for about 50 people in seven bedrooms, on mattresses or sofa beds in the loft. The villa has a stylish common room and a beautiful bar with beep, fireplace and piano. Next, a beautiful historic social hall connected to an outdoor spacious terrace. We have a beautiful bathing pond with a pier that serves as one of the more ceremonial places on the property.

You'll relax in this quiet space. With stunning views, our cabin can be your perfect retreat for a few days for peace and quiet. Accessibility from the D8 highway 10min, arrival to the property. In the vicinity of nature (Opárenské údolí, Milešovka and Lovoš Mountains) or the city of Ústí, Litoměřice, Děčín and Teplice. On the ground floor living space with small kitchen and bathroom, upstairs bedroom (mattress or cot can be added). The flush toilet has its own entrance from the outside. There is a plot of 4.000m2.

A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

Chalupa pod Řípem

Cottage pod Řípem comfortably accommodates 6 people. It is located in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the pond and is designed primarily for family relaxation. We renovated the cottage in a retrostyl. We've also adjusted the yard for a nice coffee or a nice meal. In the garden there is a fire pit, in the summer months a pool and in case of bad weather, you can use an outdoor covered sitting area with a wood stove. Cyclists can store their bikes in a locked room (with conquest).

Apartmán se nachází v samostatném patře rodinného domu s vlastním vchodem. Na dvoře můžete potkat kočičku a pejska, do apartmánu ale nechodí. Po domluvě je možné rozšířit nabídku služeb.
