Beachfront holiday rental in Little Bay

Absolutely loved the location, the house felt like home no negative comment but maybe a suggestion in terms of the security check in process maybe a pass given to airbnb guest to display in their vehicle for the duration of their stay. Everytime we left the property and return we went through security screening of validating who we are, not a big deal but more of an inconvenience as some security we more courteous than others. Overall we enjoyed our time at the property.

It is everything we hoped for, and more. Access to everything. We had a car so we didn't experience the very frequent taxi opportunities down to the beach. We loved the pool and the peace and the trees and all of the sounds, music playing til late from other venues nearby, we were nestled within it all in a beautiful tropical mini paradise. And we were looked after by Elaine and Alicia, thank you ladies! Lovely time all round!

Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

Had an amazing stay, and the rental car was a great bonus. We’ll definitely be back!

Well, where do I start?... First and foremost the host and his family are lovely and went above and beyond to help with any problems we had; even coming from his home after 11pm in the night because we were having difficulty finding the property on arrival. The property is superb and the host stocked the home with complimentary drinks and snacks which was a great touch and much appreciated and needed at that time of night. The facilities are amazing everything was brand new, clean and ready for use. Please don't hesitate to book with this host. He will help with all question's in any capacity which included help finding the local shops or even where to get money exchanged.😊 We would 100% stay here again and plan to next time we go. If you are with a group of friends or family then this place is for you. It has endless possibilities and is a great space. Will definitely be recommending the host and the property to everyone wanting somewhere amazing to stay in MBJ.

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Only Villa! The villa was beautifully decorated both inside and outside. The view from the villa and the sunset was stunning and the proximity to the beach made it more special. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff, Shan and Jeremy, made our stay memorable. They were attentive and quick to respond to any questions, need or concerns. We highly recommend Only Villa to everyone and look forward to another visit in the near future.

We felt extremely comfortable and at home. Highly recommend. It was peaceful, serene and we felt safe. Great for couples looking to chill or go out!

Margit’s home was perfect for our stay. It is on the beach & you can walk down the 7 mile beach to visit all of the shops and restaurants. There are also excursions available right on the beach. Her home was in a good location, easy to access & as described. Thank you Margit!

Carol’s place felt like a home away from home: comfortable, well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, games, hangers), nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds. Great location on beach and walkable to restaurants and groceries. Would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at Gail’s place. Her staff is warm and welcoming and treat you like family. The location is great arguably one of the best locations on seven Mile Beach. I will definitely return.

This has been my second time staying with her. Very good host. She makes you feel at home the minute you get there, the place has everything you need as if you were at home. 100% recommended if you want a home from home!

My husband and I visited to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and I can say we didn't want to leave. From the beginning, middle and end of our trip we were accommodated by our host. The host was able to assist us in arranging just about everything we needed while staying. The condo is beautiful and very much a home away from home. I will be back.

Kamala’s place was exactly as described and I would definitely stay again. There was a slight issue with the water pressure which was more than likely a building issue and had nothing to do with the host. However, Kamala was very prompt in making contact to try and resolve the issue. The building was very safe, quiet and easy to find. I would Highly recommend!

It was an absolutely beautiful home, exceeded my expectations! Very clean and great amenities. Nicolette was very responsive and accommodating. It was a very nice and safe community. The people I met at the clubhouse made me feel right at home. If you want to stay in a home away from home, stay here. Way better than any hotel or resort in the area, in my opinion.

Beautiful and spacious property! I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend purchasing the all inclusive plan as everything from meals to club events are a separate charge if you aren’t on the all inclusive plan. We weren’t sure what we could or could not participate in. Overall, this stay was a 10/10! Furniture was super comfortable and the views were amazing! I hope to return soon!

I had such a wonderful stay at this BnB. The space was cozy, clean, and super comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing trip. What made the experience even better was the amazing host. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, bringing up refreshments and even games for us to enjoy during our stay. Her hospitality was unmatched—always checking in to make sure we were okay and offering help whenever we needed it. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica! :)

Extremely friendly host! After fumbling my way to the property, Denise greeted us at the gated property and helped with our checkin. Denise’s hired help Patrick offered to ride along the first day and introduced us to a cpl great beaches, both within 5/10 mins drive from the property, as well as showed us a few local amenities, authentic jerk chicken locations, supermarket etc. My kids got along great with her son, they spent a cpl evenings playing hide and go seek in the beautifully treed yard, and Denise even made us a complimentary dinner. Not sure if maybe were just outgoing because they’ve gotten along great with other hosts kids in the past :) I must mention, that you dont have to go far for an AMAZING authentic meal! They are both amazing cooks! Far surpassed expectations, got a flat tire on the drive there in the dark, and before i could change it a stranger offered help. Then lost our way and a small shop owner down the road offered to drive with us and show us the way!

I very much enjoyed Mikes place. He provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Negril. He was very responsive and helpful with questions. His condo is located on the same grounds as “ Hedonism “ resort so be aware that you will have a small view of the pool area on Hedonism property from one of the patios, where clothing is optional and “everything goes” over there. The Beach is a 60 second walk away from Mikes place. Also, You will need a car, scooter or Taxi to get around as many of the restaurants are atleast 10 min away. The “ Jungle” nightclub and Margaritaville bar is about 7 min drive, the downtown Negril area is atleast a 15 min drive away. But there are many areas of beach access along the main road as well as through a few restaurants along the road. I highly recommend staying at Mikes Place “.

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

This was our first time traveling to Jamaica. Brenda was extremely helpful with directing us to where to rent a vehicle. She was extremely responsive when we had to check in earlier than expected without any hesitation. The location is beautiful, peaceful, private and a rock’s throw from the swimming pool and private beach. There was plenty of space for our family of four and long lasting hot water for showers. We are already planning our next trip back to Negril and we will book with Brenda again. Brenda, Thank you for hosting our family and making our vacation comfortable and memorable forever!

Great place! This is my second time staying at this location and it was just as great as the first time! Philip is always great and accommodating! I also left my credit card there by accident and the cleaning crew/ Phillip were very honest and let me know I left it . I asked them to cut it up and throw it away and they did just that! I highly recommend staying here as I’m sure I’ll be back again!

Our trip to Negril as “locals” on vacation was amazing. Felicia thought of everything we’d need from lunch kits to bring food on the beach to a whole storage drawer with games of all ages. There were even fishing rods and complimentary coffee. This was a Blast. She made some amazing recommendations which saved us Tons of money especially with food delivery. If in doubt, send her a text or give her a call. We will be back and for longer next time, we can’t get enough of that view and the pristine beach and aquatic life. See you soon Fel

The prefect place to relax and enjoy Jamaica. I Would recommend this place 10/10

Needed a place to stay for an event in the Rose Hall Montego Bay area and this place ticked all the boxes. Good location it was very close to the venue, clean and comfortable and the host was on top of things. Perfect little studio apartment for a single traveler or two persons and the host ensures that everything needed is available. I would recommend for sure and will consider if I am ever in that area again soon.
