Modern additions to the Cottage include central heating, wifi, fully equipped new kitchen, BBQ & fire pit. Sadly we can't accept children under 12 yrs of age or hunters.

Central to Holbrook (30mins) with its historical submarine and specialty shops, Tumbarumba (30mins) with its wineries and cafes, Rosewood (15 mins) with the rail trail to Tumbarumba. Home cooked meals are available on request.

Amelia Grace Cottage is a self contained 1 bedroom cottage just on the outskirts of beautiful Lake Albert. Amelia Grace also has a very comfy pull out sofa bed, for those extra guest's if required. Set on 7 acres and just a 4 minute drive to Lake Albert and a 15 minute drive to CBD of Wagga Wagga. The property boasts beautiful gardens with plenty of fur babies too love.
