Holiday rentals with a patio in Little Italy, Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie

Perfect place to explore the city. The apartment was very clean with a comfortable bed. We would choose it again, thanks for everything!

Me hospedei com 4 pessoas na casa da Diya e foi tudo perfeito. Boa localização, rua tranquila, uma casa muito bem equipada e fotos de acordo com a casa, além disso tudo muito limpo. Tivemos apenas dificuldade para abrir a porta no primeiro dia, mas depois de pegar o jeito correto tudo fluiu perfeitamente. A Diya é muito atenciosa e nos ajudou com tudo, além de responder rapidamente nossas dúvidas. Já tenho um local em Montreal para ficar nas próximas vezes.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is really close to a Metro station which makes getting around super easy. The decorations and balcony were great additions. It does get a bit hot in here, but the fan helps cool you down. Our only complaint was we found the lock quite difficult to open each time. Fortunately, Patrick was very helpful and responded quickly!

Great location in Plateau, and exactly the simple accommodations my family and I were looking for (2 adults, 2 kids 10-and-under). We came on a very busy weekend--F1 race--so price was understandably elevated, but Steve was very communicative throughout and even found us nearby parking on short notice. Would definitely return to this neighborhood and this apartment again in the future!

Wonderful place to stay! The house was clean and children friendly. Two great size bedrooms and a big bathroom. The house is right across from the water and down the street from a great park. The whole family (including 15 month old) loved our stay!

This was a great stay for two friends during a very festive F1 weekend. From this location, we got our steps in to explore much of the mile end and plateau areas. It’s on a quiet residential street which was a pleasure to walk during these warm days. You really get a feel for residential Montreal here. The photos match the description and the place was spectacularly clean. Missy was communicative and clear, would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location !! This place was close to 2 metro stations making it so easy to get around, super close to Mont Royal street and Saint Viateur bagels (so delish!!) and many amazing restaurants. The place is spotless, beautiful kitchen, washer&dryer and two full bathrooms. Host was quick to respond when dishwashing detergent was missing. They dropped it right off the very next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Minh’s place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a family so much easier. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and kind throughout. We especially appreciated the small touches that were added such as towels, kitchen items, etc. I highly recommend this spot for families. I would stay here again!

Todo perfecto. El apartamento coincide perfectamente con la descripción de muy amplio y privado, limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es excelente, un vecindario donde se respira paz y tranquilidad, pero muy accesible, puedes tomar el transporte público frente al domicilio! Los anfitriones muy amables y siempre disponibles para apoyarte en lo que necesites. Totalmente recomendable y si vuelvo a Montreal sin duda me quedaría otra vez.

The location is perfect—right in the city center, which made it super easy to explore different places. Everything was within walking distance, from public transport to shops and restaurants. The space was clean, cozy, and had a real homey feel to it. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The host was also friendly and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends!

Nous avons séjourné tout un mois chez Laurie dans le cadre de notre travail. Laurie est accueillante et réactive. Le logement est très bien équipé et très bien décoré ! Les lits confortables, la cuisine superbe (plaque à induction de qualité) et surtout l’espace extérieur est vraiment très sympa et apprécié pour les journées plus chaudes ! Bref, un séjour top, wifi opérationnel et rapide pour les réunions, confort de literie et hôte réactive: recommandé à 100%

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Jonathan est un hôte parfait Tout est fait dans son logement pour se sentir comme chez soi et son accueil est au top L appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et très agréable Idéal pour 4 Il est très bien situé, dans un environnement calme, à proximité de tous types de commerces, à mi chemin entre le vieux Montréal et le plateau Mont Royal et à proximité du metro Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit mais pas autorisé partout, Jonathan est disponible pour indiquer quelle place utiliser Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages quelques heures après avoir rendu le logement pour profiter de Montréal avant de prendre l avion Vivement recommandé !

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Chloe was an incredible host and her airbnb made us feel right at home. It was spacious for a group of 7 of us, with enough beds for all of us, AC in each room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was convenient - The metro was less than a 5 min walk away and one stop away from Old Montreal. Chloe was responsive throughout and accommodated an early check-in since we were flying in early. We appreciated her friendliness and willingness to ensure we were comfortable before and during our stay. Thanks so much Chloe! I recommend booking this airbnb with Chloe. I would book with you again!

I would highly recommend staying here when traveling to Montreal with a large group. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate 9 of us without the fear of feeling too cramped. The amenities were top-notch, and we also enjoyed the private patio. The location was within a short walk of numerous cafes, and a large park was directly across the street. The hosts were also very flexible and responsive—a fantastic experience all around!

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.
