Recently refurbished, fully self-contained, one-bedroom annexe in large grounds in a beautiful, rural location at Hollybush in the foot of the Malvern Hills. The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Recently renovated Kingsland Cottage, situated in the centre of Colwall village is perfect for a relaxing break at any time of the year. To the front there is an off road parking space and a self-contained garden. There are pubs and a cafe within walking distance and local walking trails start in the village. Great Malvern is 3 miles over the hill and the ancient town of Ledbury 5 miles in the other direction. Direct trains run from London to Colwall station, 5 minutes' walk from the cottage.

Malvern, Ledbury, Tewkesbury (20, 15, 30mins) are beautiful towns with theatres, cinemas, lesure centres, spas, markets and museums.

A higgledypiggledy garden flat in a Victorian house built in the 1840s. It's perfect for a couple or solo traveller, it has a cosy cottagey feel with eclectic decor. It's cool in the Summer but central heating & a wood burning stove make it toastie for winter retreats. It is a short walk to the town centre via a steep hill or the 99 steps through the Rose Gardens. It's a magical place in the clouds, in the middle of the Malvern Hills, located on a quiet single track road.
