No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Caloundra Coastal apartment/studio

Comfortable, self-contained apartment/studio on separate lower level of house. Separate entry. Off street private parking. Own kitchen, bathroom, dining and open lounge. King size bed. Access to pool. Quiet, established neighbourhood. Close to a choice of 7 Caloundra beaches, many cafes, restaurants. Only 5min drive to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. WE ARE A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

"Pelican Suite" is purpose built, self-contained accommodation located on the canals of idyllic Pelican Waters, Caloundra. With its own private courtyard & entrance it is ideal for a couple, or a couple with a small child, or for someone on business. Very modern and beautifully styled, the suite is the perfect getaway to relax and recharge! It is only a short walk to Golden Beach and Pelican Waters Shopping Centre for groceries. Close by are many wonderful cafes, bars & restaurants.

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool, walk to your local bakery for breakfast or the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Hillside Studio-Caloundra

The Studio is a Bright, clean, airy and stylishly decorated 1 bedroom studio apartment on the lower level of our home, ideal for couples, (sorry not child friendly). You will have a kitchenette, large corner chaise lounge, pillow-topped queen size bed, romantic candlelit bedroom, Reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI, Large Smart Screen TV with Chromecast streaming device for watching Netflix, Stan or whatever platform you use. Private BBQ area with small BBQ.

Guesthouse by the Pool

Our guest house by the pool features 2 levels in a loft style. The entire house is tastefully decorated with some antique furniture, paintings and charming details. There is a kitchenette and living area with bathroom downstairs. Bedroom, TV and reading upstairs. From the upstairs room you step onto a balcony from where you have good views of the pool and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Located close to Dicky Beach (2km) and Caloundra (3.5km) Our swimming pool is available to Airbnb guests with "One Rule!" If your child is not an adult they must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area - No Exceptions!
